Derby Caribbean Carnival 2024

One of Derby's biggest and most vibrant events on the calendar. The Derby Caribbean Carnival is set to bring a splash of colour to the streets once again on Sunday, July 21st July - 49 years after it began as a small festival.
The event has always been held on the third weekend of July and is organised each year by the Derby West Indian Community Association (DWICA). The procession, made up of brightly dressed members of the community.
