I'm going rail fanning in Hillsborough in a few days, and I have a few questions. 1. What street is that crossing on? 2. How many trains go through there? 3. When is the best time to go?
I am so sorry I couldn't respond, I was on vacation down in Florida. If you're still interested in going the street name is Beekman Lane, roughly 25-30 trains go by in a 24-hour period, and go early morning, like 5:30 AM and you are bound to catch the majority of the daily freight from 5:30-10 AM. Good luck!

RailWatchers also, if you can check out my two recent railfanning videos, and tell me the IDs if you know them. Thanks
Sure thing, I might be able to tell.
I've been to that crossing in the beginning of the video!
It's an amazing spot. Thanks for watching!
