at about 1:30 the kickoff frontflip/backflip i forget would have been really cool if after the kickoff flip to leaping/diving roll over the obstacle used to kick off from.

Where can i learn it / how should i learn it / im nearly 20 years old is it realistic if i start now or is it already too late ?

but where can i learn it ? i mean a backflip from wall to ground just learning by watching on youtube .. im sure i break my neck with the first try without a trainer :D
Maybe search online where you can learn it I'm sure there are instructors willing to teach on there
Practice body weight training (parkour people are very strong) then just work on technique from yt videos
I'm only ten and I'm training at home on my trampoline so I say go for it. xD

2:07 - 2:09 and then what? That looked like a mistake or accident. Great filming, but perhaps not great parkour. Are you suggesting that falling into the hedge was intentional? One of the many things that make some of the runs here so impressive is that there were more than one camera-person shooting from different vantage points, so that we could see, for example, from behind the runner running toward a wall & then see him flying & tumbling from the wall running toward the camera. Thumbs up for both the runners & photographers!
