Worth noting (although this may be changed in a future patch), you can still use the 'pull' version of his E, even if they have a sticky mark on them. You can rebind the ability to a different key that will always use the pull version, and then he has a custom setting to bind the 'get over here' reactivation that will ONLY use the approach version if they have a sticky. So, you can have a button that always has access to the pull, and a separate button that will only put the ability on cooldown if an enemy near your crosshair is sticky (and will zoom into them).

These tips helped me a lot but advanced guide couldn’t come any sooner. I want to feel more impactful when the other team groups up hard and has pocket heals for my main targets. Also I don’t know if its a skill issue but I’m trying to hit these web cluster shots more consistently cause sometimes I’m whiffing shots from unaware people who are just strafing or missing my follow up cluster for the main combo sometimes. Sometimes I have hit them super consistently but other times its like I can’t hit a web clusters for the life of me, just playing with my sensitivity and reticle in the mean time but maybe its also harder cause I’m on controller.

Once you learn to time it properly, you can kidnap and kill a squishy so fast that they'll barely have time to react.
Necros forgot to mention something very important , Turn off automatic swing in Spider-Man’s settings. This will allow Spider-Man to aim his web swings, now allowing him to dash
Spiderman is my favorite character and i think his design in this game is one of the very best I've ever seen, it's a perfect translation and its so cool, but i know everyone feels like i said lmao, plus if my new computer that will arrive pretty soon can actually run the game, it would be my first shooter on mouse and keyboard, so I'll practice him for fun and later on I'll play quick matches with him, again, just for fun, but I'll focus on other characters that i could actually be pretty good at
His design is one with no balance in sight. Better dps than the other melee heroes. Better movement. He can simply just dissapear out of any fight when he’s low health. Almost no cool-downs on anything. It’s just another overwatch situation where we see the developers favourite hero dominate the meta until the game dies. In a game where spider man is “high skill ceiling” and “5 ⭐️difficulty” there is somehow a Spider-Man stomping in every lobby lmao. The difficulty rating should atleast be lowered to 2 ⭐️ nobody is fooled by this bs statistic
Jo idk if you know the combo but if you double jump and normall attack and press f at the same time (if timed correctly) the damage is added to each other and the animation of the attck is canceld so you just have the uppercut combining this with a stick and get over here you can manage to oneshot the target
Man, i actually somehow developed skills for spiderman by watching this! Its not the best, but its good. And, spiderman is so fun once you're good at playing him!
I'm not fully feeling this game quite yet, but I'm happy to see it's actually good and I'm keeping my eye on this one. I had low-low expectations and it's much better than I thought it would be. It's fast, intense and fun. For some reason it doesn't run even half as good as most other games I play though. Feels weird locking Ow2 at like 300fps and not being able to hit a consistent 70-90 fps in this game at low-mid settings.
His lack of drop when initiating his web swing, which just ROCKETS him vertical, has been such a pain in the ass to figure out and consistently clear all those frustrating low-clearance doorways. Also.. for the love of god, reconsider using this guy if you're a bot casual player, any hitscan bot will demolish you immediately once you're on their aggro list.

Best way to play Spiderman in my opinion is to use what's in this video with a friend or multiple if u have a venom both of u can pounce on people and practically one shot most characters... What I Mean is if Spiderman uses his sticky and then pulls himself at the same time as venom or anyone having a leap then upper cut with there slam and Most dps and support will die instantly but tanks will then die to the tank u have with u idk to me seems like the best value for him as if u can kill there tank first the rest of the fight is pretty much over as ur tank (most likely a venom) will end everyone so lmk what u think thx for reading ❤
