I love the fact na hinahayaan lang nilang maglaro si Elias while interview. Nandun siya but never nagsalita unless tatanungin siya, never nangulit at nag ingay. As a parent, gusto ko yung ganyan. Hindi puro "NO" and "BAWAL". Let them experience things basta hindi nanggugulo. Kudos Ellen and Derek and also to JLC for raising a well disciplined child 💕✨

Ever since I am watching ToniTalks. I came here just to watch Ellen and Derek interview and I find Toni really a good listener and truly never interrupt her guests while talking and really have a smooth transitions in jumping into new topics.. Just my pov 💯

Totoo nga kasabihan… You can never really judge a person. Kasi wala nman tayong alam internally sa kung ano ang totoo. It’s good for both of them to be away from the limelight’s of showbiz. I've been following tbem in IG as a couple since day one. Some may find the relationship "raw" but watching them in all of the interviews you can feel that they are really a perfect match. No pretensions. Very sincere and honest. I so love this couple!

I totally agree on taking your time when finding a life partner. I got married when I was 33. Best thing I did. My husband and I truly took our time and enjoyed life. Our marriage is very easy- going, Don't believe when people say love is tough. Love is only tough when one person is fighting for it.
But what about having kids? Didnt you have difficulty conceiving at a late age?

This dude was raised by great parents. He has great moral compass, has humility and courage, and by the sound of it a great family man. Ellen, on the other hand, was grounded by her husband. Do not know this people but may G-d bless them.
Don't be fooled by what you see, trust me! I know these people very well...and it's the opposite of what you think.
Great couple. Their relationship will stand the test of time coz it’s built on real love & Derek is such a solid guy. He’s very confident & knows what he wants in life & how to achieve them. Elias is very comfortable around him & vice versa which shows a positive & loving dynamic amongst the 3 of them. The house is stunning. It’s very modern but shows a lot of restraint. Compared to other celebrities where so much is going on & tend to over decorate the space. No doubt he’ll have a successful career in home design. I wasn’t sure about Ellen before this interview. I’ve never seen any of her show or movie. She seems sweet. But it’s plain obvious that Derek is the head of the family. A good thing coz he came across to me as a solid, intelligent guy and loving. So Ellen & Elias are in good hands. The love amongst the 3 of them is obvious. ❤️
Yes ! He’s the head of the family and seems to know what he likes so it’s kind of borderline control freak and he found a match because Ellen can stand on her own and fight back but she also need a strong man that can control or guide her ,

Weeeee…. Why am I crying and emotional while watching this interview.. Well, I am struck when derek says its “its really something to be able to show, who you really are” because its really hard to find someone who will embrace and accept you as who you are.. kung brat ka, kung kwela ka.. I think hindi sya dapat mawala because nag asawa ka. Maybe meron changes for the better but never dapat tanggalin sayo ng partner or asawa mo kung sino ka from the start.
I am very amazed about Ms. Ellen R kasi she is super simple and very humble thats why nabaliw si Derek! Napaka cool at payapa nila mag asawa. To Korina this is one of your Superb Episode. ❤

i think d naman na impress masyado si Ellen sa bahay ni Derek dahil bongga din bahay ng tita Arlene ni Ellen dyan sa Alabang ..also pinaka bongga ang bahay ng Lola Leah niya sa Ma.Luisa Estate Park sa Cebu..Area carpet pa lang eh 800k na..tas 3M ang balusters sa spiral staircase tas ang mga furnitures nila sobrang Authentic Italian milyones din..ang Lladró porcelain decor nga nila yung Cinderella's Arrival eh 1.6M with matching console table na 700k...sus bale wla lang sa kanila mga yan...maliit pa yang si Ellen maganda na tlga...mabait tlga true nature nyan...i know their family very well...pati grandparents nya ..napakababait nila ..si Ellen nagsikap tlga yan on her own d yan umasa lang💃👏🥰

You can't just say you're an interior designer just because you're doing interior design. Korina is correct; you're an interior decorator, not an interior designer. To be an interior designer, you have to pass the interior design licensure exam.
We’ll I guess he’s not really the one doing it since he’s a not licensed but he’s going to build a company and hire some licensed interior designers.
