@@darkridearchive8626 I was in my early 30’s in the 90’s when I was there for the first time and really enjoyed all those things too. Just visited there again this summer and was really disappointed that they were gone because they stood out so much, but I guess it’s also cool that it’s like it was decades ago also now. I really did enjoy the Old Mill as I got to ride it before it was Garfield’s Nightmare and they made it a longer ride which is truly impressive. I grew up near Philly and spent my young years at Dorney Park in Allentown and they had 3 dark rides then but they’re all gone now. Sad that Kennywood got rid of their other dark ride since the 90’s too but at least they’ve kept many of the older rides and even revisited them earlier which is a rare thing.
I first went through the Ark in 2000, it was my second dark ride ever after the Old Mill.
this ride was better back in the day
I love this version because of how creepy it was
There were so many cool parts in this and they got rid of all of them. I guess the water at the end traumatized too many of today’s kids.
As a kid it never made sense to me haha, the elevator, skeletons, and end always seemed out of place but it sure was fun!
