The safe play was to save ult for next round since them ulting didn't necessarily mean they'd push and that leaves them for the point fight without Andro's ult... And we can understand that Jenos expected something from that Andro. Because he had his mark on him to the last second. Thus,Andro was full hp and no one did notice him in there. Well i'd say he at least would have get 3 kills there which contains Tyra who did most of the work by rushing with Inara.

Saving your ultimate is never selfish unless another person deliberately asks you to ult
