Roast beef/ Beef kebab recipe
1kg beef
1 tablespoon of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon
2 tablespoons of chicken stock
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of water
Skewers
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Same sweet pepper
Some onions
Bake for 20-25 on 200 degrees
