Mozzarella better fresh when melted. The heat takes the moisture out of it while melting and it stays soft I the inside while slowing it to become crusty on the outside… I want pizza 😋

Ham and cheese loaf is one of those things that you had to grow up with. I've had the Oscar Myer brand before but it's not very good. If you ever have to buy it, the stuff you get sliced from the deli is a lot better because it's got a lot better taste to it.
I agree. It almost reminds me of pickle and pimento in that if you didn't grow up with it, you'll look at it as an adult and gag but it's actually really good.

Another thing you have to have grown up on was Liver cheese (despite the name, no cheese in it, it's got fat on the outside). It's REALLY good with a good mustard and onion. It's almost like a Pâté.

As a portuguese I can tell you that sardine past is actually pretty good with bread , it even a very common appetizer here but its as very strong flavour and for that reason isn't meant mixed with all this ingredients.
