Little curious about where the "shouldn't be allowed within 1000 feet of a school came in.
I obtained a major injury due to a defective product and sued the manufacturer and during the case they hired a private investigator to follow me. She was not much of a detective as I noticed her on her second day. After a few days I started following her and I finally stopped her and told her that first of all she would never catch me faking my injury as it was legitimate injury and I had already had spine surgery. Second I told her as she obviously didn't look into my job I had been in law enforcement and a Drug Court Investigator for 30 years. She gave up following me and they settled with me for a very nice amount.
Yeah if you were a Drug Task Force guy there's no way most PIs could tail you without you noticing. It would have to be someone who had an Intel or urban surveillance background that was actually talented. Allied Universal/G4S, Securitas/Pinkerton, and the other national/international firms that insurance companies and manufacturing corps hire are typically pretty low rent. They'll hire someone with little to no investigative experience (security guards corporate management likes, law enforcement and military washouts, detention/corrections officers so good at their job their departments won't let them work patrol, HR ladies who listen to too much true crime, college graduates or students studying criminal justice, and detectives so good at their job their chief or sheriff let them "retire early" to save the department's reputation). There are some investigation/corporate intelligence firms in the beltway that hire former intelligence community spoons, special operations, Law Enforcement surveillance specialists like LAPD Special Investigation Unit, and former federal agents. The only people that hire them are big money defense contractors, the Feds, and ultra high net worth individuals. Those guys might be able to surveil you. But they cost too much for a company making crappy defective products to hire.

So far, it sounds like he just disagrees with his rival, which isn't very suspicious. But I'm only a quarter the way in, hopefully the rival does something actually sketchy.

@@daisychain5894 Thank you daisy ❤️. I'm finally home now so I'm going to try and rest in a dark room. I've suffered from migraines since I was 16 (now 38) and it's never easy. Usually I have to lay in a dark quiet room and put a fan on. I've had some really bad ones.
