Thank u honey for doing such a helpful authentic and raw video I watched the whole video, I have a bob too at the moment and if I wear clips I always make 2 baby ponytails on the neck and hide them under the clips but today I will turn my clips into tapes thats why I found your video I m excited and maybe I will record it too❤
@@lalycassie good luck!! They were definitely a fun experiment! I always French braid my hair at my neck to clip the clips into the braid and it works well to give the clips more to grab onto cuz my hair is super soft but I definitely prefer a more don’t have to reinstall every day solution! Haha
WOW! Last night, I just wondered if this was possible. I’ve used my clip ins for a sew in. Without leave out. I ran out of hair. So, I ordered a similar texture in a highlight color. The most tedious part was cutting off the clips. I’m going to order some tape and try this out. Mine are triple wefted.
I love watching this video. Lol. Maybe, next time you should cut the wefts smaller like closer to the actual tape ins. So it’s not so heavy on your hair. That’s what I’m gonna do when I make my tape ins.

A lady on here let’s her hair fall over but doesn’t sandwich with another weft. She says they last in for 6weeks still ! I wonder if it works! How did u find this way ? Was it uncomfortable or annoying ? I love tape ins but I get so fed up with them after a week 😂 I love glue in but they only last a week don’t they xx
They held up great, but they were so heavy! We must have watched the same girl because that’s where I got the idea to do that! I totally meant to tag her channel but then when it came time to upload I couldn’t remember her channel name 🤦🏻♀️
If you know to sew, I say do it! The reason I recommend that is because if you want to turn them back into clip ins you can, save your clips! Take care of the hair too ♥️
I wanna try this but with my Synthetic clip ins ….. I’m too broke to get new real hair . And mine are about trash now !!! But I’m scared synthetic is going to turn into a rats nest when I wake up …. HMMM . Anyone think it’s a bad craft idea ??
@@shawnaalayna So what I do is I glued them and then tape them and then I cut the weft part off afterwards. You can leave it on if that works for you I just can’t imagine how bulky that would feel
These were pretty thin so the weft itself didn’t feel bulky but the amount of extensions I needed because of how thin they were sucked. My entire head was full and that definitely drove me crazy! Lol

you taped the weft instead of cutting it off?
They were clip ins originally so if I would have cut the weft they would have fallen apart unfortunately.
