Gr8 car. I own Vw Vento Highline ( Manual ofcourse). It is such a well built car, it has saved my life twice. Unforunately I met with fatal accidents on two occasions. But I did'nt have even a scratch ( except for a sprain in ankle once d/t hard braking). Please dont ask what happened outside my car..😅
I own Vento 1.5 at dsg ❤❤❤❤❤❤ in love with it since 2016 they are still best

That is the notorious DQ200 transmission.
It's not as bad as when they used to use synthetic oil, but even after shifting to mineral oil, the gearbox is very problematic.
Sian Getz 2 years, 25000 plus kms later still puts a smile on my face everytime I take her out for a drive. Vento TSI.

@@adarshbhavsar122 hi , did you face any issues in DSG gear box? What kind of care do you take for life of the DSG? Which gear oil you use?
@@chittaranjanpradhan9920 service center changes the oil when time comes. And if your car is missing a gear or something like that, you have to replace the clutch kit

Standing on a signal in Drive mode for over a minute. That’s why DSG is not success in India and was removed for torque converter

No doubt the car is best drivers car, specially the DSG gear boxits outstanding. Buttttt everyone knows VW cars issues and cost of maintenance they are horrible.
Maintenance is a lot cheaper n stress free as compared to 1st gen model , we have two vento at home , 2011 & 2016 , 2011 had more issues than the current one.. Both r diesel manual , it is one of the best cars to drive .

@@ManishKumar-tj5ig Hello manish , The ride quality is more plush on the newer one, however the older one was tad bit stiffer n hence handled better. I did do some research on this n the reason is that the older suspension parts were imported n the new ones are locally sourced. You can do much more research about this on TeamBhp.

@@ManishKumar-tj5ig Bhai vento achi gaadi hai , lekin itna khayal rakhna ki iska pehla owner puri service time par kiya ho . Plus vento mein between 60-75000 kms ke service ka cost thoda mehnga hota hai , because some parts needs to be changed.

Hi brother. Came across your channel recently after looking for Vento. I'm getting a very good deal on Vento Deisel Highline Plus DSG. The same model that you're driving.
I really love this Car. But I'm skeptical about it's reliability. Given VW's dubious after sales. Also given their uncertain future in India. Don't want to be in a situation where I have to face a situation like GM car owners. BS6 is also coming. Pls help with your valuable advice. Thanks a ton in anticipation.
tarun singh you won’t face the GM situation anytime soon. Volkswagen has a good service and warranty package now. So that should have your worries covered.
tarun singh BS6 won’t make or break the deal in terms of your drive, unless the diesel becomes a lot quieter in the Vento. Because it’s just too loud.
Hi. The upshifts are delayed in uphills . It revs beyond 2000 rpm . I’m a early shifter. Can we tune DSG gearbox so that it upshifts quickly ? Please provide me some pointers who does this . I see some Netherland company TVS DSG tune it. Please advice
