Bryan Lee has been with Glints, a Singapore-based talent connector platform, for just over 3 years, first in Singapore, and then as Vietnam’s country manager based in HCMC.
Founded in 2013, Glints is used by more than 1.5 million professionals and 30,000 organizations, including Gojek, Tokopedia, Starbucks and Mediacorp. Glints offers a “full-stack” of services for people who want to advance their careers through community features and skills education.
In today’s episode of Vietnam Innovators, Bryan talks about how Glints is helping companies, especially in tech, cope with the regional talent shortage.

Great episode for both Hao and Bryan ♥ I have always admired Hao for his ability in facilitating the talk, like how he effortlessly catches the key info and raises questions about that to get more profound insights from the guest; meanwhile Bryan seems to be a master of pitching, he is so willing to share that I can fully understand about his business in just 30min
Needless to say Bryan's interesting perspectives and the interaction between the two have driven the talk forward, so informative and satisfactory listening to this, must be one of the best eps of VN Innovators
