Just had my interview with Lockheed, I think it went super well! Even if I don’t get the job I can genuinely say I gave it my best thanks to these tips. The manager said I’ll know in 48 hours so let’s see what happens..
It was only one interview. The guy who interviewed me said it's usually just a one and done interview and then you'll know whether or not u get the job. Good luck!@@karnez05
@Asya Donahue it was a short interview, focusing primarily on behavioral questions! I was offered the position in the first interview. I practiced a lot before with other interviews so it was not hard but it definitely made me nervous ! This is my dream job
One question that is critical to me is age. This is a an industry's dirty little secret. No matter how dynamic, how knowlegable, capable, innovative, creative and passionate about a continuing career a "seasoned" applicant's age is, it is a poison pill. Is that true at Lockheed Martin?
@@augustmarshall2961 what are you talking about lol.. Only ‘some’ government positions require it.A ton of engineering jobs are regular and don’t require anything. Hell, even a lot of government contracting jobs are unclassified and do not require clearance.

If you're not American, you can apply for an engineering position?
yes of course.
@@Rachman01 What? no you can't
@@augustmarshall2961 of course you can.. You will need a little help or sponsorship but why not?
@@Rachman01 Most if not all engineering positions require a security clearance. For foreigners, it will be essentially impossible to get.
