I just had my TT on the 29th of April and had my 1st lymphatic massage this week and she told me to get the foam and cut a triangle and double up the foam for the area above my Vag to help with the swelling
Thank you !! 5 months later I still swell Now I just get back in my faja or a waist trainer to help with that uncomfortable tightness ( swelling ) then I'm ok lol My best advice is those first months always wear your compression garment . I think I got 2-3 massages total starting a week after surgery then massaged myself with oil at home after the shower like bio oil nothing crazy

I didn't thank god lol before surgery they have you pick up your prescription and one of mine had blood thinner shots and you're supposed to take them I believe the next day after surgery when you see your doctor but my doctor said I didn't need to take them so I didn't take any shots but I'm pretty sure it's different for everybody
Some doctors prescribe pills or the Lovenox injections. If injections, you would give in your outer thighs. Make sure to rotate the injection site to prevent soreness.

The bio only didn't work for me . I didn't use it long for fear I would mess up the belly button but I can't remember for how long 😓

Hello please how did you take care of your belly button at 2week and your incision?
At 2 weeks it was still healing . I let it scab over completely and would only use bacitracin
