Some advice to actually deal with specific aoe weapons that isn’t just quotes 1. Sunken staff Its better to dash through a fots instead of dashing away from it, since by dashing through it you’l take maybe 1-2 hits instead of 4-5 hits. Breaking away from a warrior will also only give them the chance to charge up another fots 2. Vindicator The vindicator is debatably the most punishable weapon in the entire game. Its really clear when they’l go for a crushing judgement since they pull out the big ol hammer. Wait for that, parry it and punish it. Devastate isn’t used nearly as often, just be careful of it when you’re at low hp since you might get rushed and finished off with it. 3. Triasta of bronze While theres no real counter play to ethereal flash when used right sparrow thrust on the other hand can be countered fairly well. Sparrow thrust is guaranteed to miss if you’re close to them and its endlag makes it punishable by piercing gale, shots and beams for example. Besides that just watch for when they pull back their triasta since either a sparrow thrust (most likely) or a ethereal flash will follow up. TLDR: look at what weapon their holding and act accordingly

From experience this is the class hierarchy: Magic classes like mage beat weapon classes like conjurer, and warrior cuz magic has range while those classes beat strength classes like warlock and berserker because they can do well at all ranges, and those classes tend to beat vitality classes like paladin, juggernaut, and knight cuz the imbues can be easily out-dps’ed or out-dodged TLDR: Magic>Weapons>Fighting Styles>Vitality
As a juggernaut this was a pretty good guide on digital pest control, thanks for the video. Oh, and before you call me braindead, i use boxing and dont have high hp on my build. Im mainly waiting for spirit weapons to fully release.
Only reason why I use an AOE build on my Warrior is to combat players who team on me or I'm in a clan war. Otherwise, I'll usually run a Speed warrior for munera 1v1s. These are pretty great tips tho, I'll definitely remember these 👍
Btw for warrior gang out here 1) sometime around nimbus crushing judgement got a knockdown mechanic that works by launching the attack exactly at the enemy, if the hammer is very close to the opponent, he will get knocked down allowing for a following move Also learn to use musket and you ll be unbeatable WARRIOR GNAG OORAH OOORAG
@@infinitum42 You have an additional option to add the multishot skill note on the plunderers, if you replace the quick combo then if you manage to get all shots in you can dish out over 1k damage and i have 217 power + its spammable so you dont need to rely on attack speed
Thanks for the advice but I’ll continue using my tempered Greenwish staff and tempered sword skill only poison tooth dagger I also do have vindicator that is also tempered
I'm glad I don't have to use aoe in my warrior and I just punish mage's endlag or get close to them, anyways a way the warrior can counter this strategy is by just using a slowness gel or the atlantean mace which slows your opponent down, they could also just not engage with the mage and parry his attacks, running away to make the opponent have to attack you, which means you can just speed forward to them and catch up
I got some size but its just from atlantean essence, am just mainly speed warrior, I wish the new weapon skillls changes morre the way of how warriors work instead of having to launch their selves into AOE

Also works on berserk since the class is useless to PvP but great for pve while mage excels all types. My best take is just accept defeat and enjoy what you building and never become slave to Prometheus acrimony

Man we went through the exact same thing with pulsar and the sunken staff just got that but… even better

Vindicator isn't an issue spears are, also warriors have a +10% speed increase so they only need like 60 attack speed to be fast enough
