a small query, but i am stuck with one case
I have 1 campaign with 4 unique ad groups, each with a different landing page. I want to keep track of page views, clicks, and purchases via ads. But conversion action can only have 1 landing page that is set on the campaign level. How can I keep track of 4 different ad groups' stats once my ad is running?
stats as in, how many page views, clicks and purchases I got from the ad.

Very informative video Shri as always... However, just wanted to ask if I'm using shopify app to set up GA4... And importing conversion from GA4 to Google Ads by linking them... Do we still need to add global site tag on our website? 🤔
