I can’t believe tweek did this good at the tournament. Many people including myself thought that tweek would not make it this far. A combination of upsets and tweaks skill with diddy Kong allowed him to overcome many odds.

This tournament was great. The meta that everyone’s tired of is slowly losing its iron grasp on the game. Gods are bleeding, and others are rising up to take home the gold! Times like these where we gotta keep our heads up and continue to enjoy what we love. Can’t let the Melee fans who complain about their timeslot being taken up get to ya, or even bother to wonder why people are getting mad over a single clip of Miya spamming nair three times in a row. Ult rules!

R.O.B. is much less oppressive in today’s meta than Steve, Sonic, or G&W, which shows evidence of the mold breaking. Just be happy about what we got. Edit: Also Miya got 17th so that’s another big sign of the meta losing its iron grip.
