    Note : Many of you ask how to look for authentic Amazon sellers. I always look at "Sold by" information to see if it's the actual brand. Most times, the brand themselves will direct me to their page. I also purchase from distributors I trust, some of whom I have directly contacted. If I'm not familiar with a seller that I link to, I will inform you so first so you are aware there's a risk.

    What helps a 46 year old with losing my hair? I love your videos. I buy what you get. I just need a good hair growth system. Thank you. Will be grabbing these products from Amazon. Thank you🎉

      Honestly, I skipped all that OTC nonsense, went right to the dermatologist and got a script for Minoxidil 2.5 mg. Within 3 weeks, my hair stopped shedding and it’s done nothing but grow back. They say you must use it forever or else your hair will start falling out again. I’m not sure about that. But, if so, taking a pill the size of a baby aspirin, which gives me no side effects, is fine by me.

      The LED helmet did nothing for me. But Minoxidil 5% 1/day did. My hair stopped shedding and they are finally (after years of loosing them) growing.

    I would *never* buy AmorePacific essence (or SK-II or any luxury product) from Amazon. Too many counterfeits. And when I’m paying that much, I want it directly from the manufacturer.

    Thanks so much for this video, Renee! Do you have an opinion on which version of the Biodance mask to use after an IPL? Pink or Blue?

    • @gothamista

      Either one would be good for restoring and soothing. Just make sure you don't need to let your skin breathe after your IPL, since this would stay on for a long time!

    I’m wondering if Medicube is like NuFace where it’s only good as long as your using it constantly. Like is it actually providing lasting benefits.

    • @mkryu

      Yes, I think of it like working out. When you lift weights, your body gets toned and defined but when you stop, all the results go away. Same for the face and the devices. You have to continue using the device to maintain the results.

      Hi love! I mentioned that the LED in this is basically for mode indicator lights. While it still has some benefit, it’s not enough exposure to be really effective. I did a spa video recently - I use my LED mask with this device. Hope that helps!

    I have the Green tea essence in my cart at Nordstrom right now , I actually almost bought it yesterday. How much is the discount on it on Amazon prime ? I also have had the Medicube HR booster pro thing on my list for awhile now but wasn't sure about it.

    Do you think the EMS mode of the Booster Pro is ok to use on the DAO muscles (frowning muscles)? I notice that when I glide the device along the jawline close to the lip corners, it makes me frown. I don’t want to strengthen those muscles so I was wondering if that mode is good to use around that area.

    • @gothamista

      I always use the EMS mode while moving upwards on my face so it's lifting even if the muscles contract downwards! When using on that area, make sure you're lifting. What also makes this mode effective is also is it's ability to stimulate collagen and elastin.

    Ladies? Medicube of current body LED mask??? How does one choose!? Help!!

    • @Storm411z

      LED (specifically red light) currently has more literature backing its efficacy. Also easier to use (set and forget for 5-10 min each morning/night or a few nights a week depending upon on the device). I know face masks are popular on TH-cam, but look into panels too (treat your neck and chest but similar price range)!
      If you’re unsure about getting medicube devices, do you have other gadgets (like guasha or a face roller) that you use consistently? Then it might be worth it! But if you’re someone who “collects” gadgets but doesn’t keep a consistent routine for using them, buying a $300 device isn’t going to change that 😅

  • @ZintaKirse-o8c

    Microcurrent does not work with oil based products. Only water based products can carry electricity. Isn’t that true? At least that is what other TH-camrs are saying.

    • @heathersargent289

      That is true but their is different modes in that HR booster thing and I think you don't use the micro current mode if u have it on a oil based product. * I just bought where she said she used oil based products with the microcurrent mode ?? Idk I always heard u don't use oil based just like you have even from brands.

    • @mkryu

      It’s true that oil will interfere with the current. You can feel it when you use the Age-R Booster Pro with moisturizers as the current gets bounced back to the device. I use Medicube’s booster gel which is oil free for the microcurrent and the Derma shot modes. Then I wash it off and finish the rest of my skincare routine.

    • @gothamista

      You are right, I had to go back and look to see if I really made this mistake. I meant that there are some treatments such as CAIL even within the brand that have an oily, slippy, emollient texture yet don't contain oil which are good for this step. Mistakenly edited important bits out, leaving the slip-ups in! Sorry if the careless oversight was confusing. Definitely no oil for Microcurrent - even the liposome cream I'm using from medicube works really well. So frustrating as I've spoken about this very thing in the past re conductive gels! 🙏
