I’ve had this exact Saeco Magic Comfort + coffee maker for 20 years!! With regular cleaning and maintenance, I’ve had no problems until now. We recently moved, making sure we used ‘kid gloves’ in relocating our coffee maker. However, our water tank is leaking. There is no visible cracks from the tank itself, but after putting filter in, the water leaks out between the machine and where the tank of water sits. Is it possible that I need to change out the ‘O’ rings in the tank itself? What about the rubber ring on the machine itself, can that be changed out? If you’ve heard of this problem before, I could sure use some advice. Is there a Phillips repair service that I could call or ship for repair? I just hate to part with my coffee machine…..we have a history!
