Sir generally there is no criteria of tier 1 , 2 , 3 . If college median placement is somewhere about 12-13 lakh fixed And if a good company comes on campus , I will say it is tier 2 .. And if college median placement is above 17-18 lakh fixed , then it is tier 1 .. I follow this . Again I am saying, I am considering a fixed salary component.. It may happen that your CTC is 20+ but the monthly in-hand is 67-70k.

Some were paid , like mnc always gives in tier 1 City , and if it is unpaid, high chances of work from home ..
