Hi Andrew and Tiffany, picking green beans sounds good. I will have to give that a try. Tiffany has that down pat to get the jars filled up. Good video. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
I'd have a hard time because I love to snack on fresh green beans. They sound nice & crunchy. Great video. Tiffany is getting very comfortable on camera. You are a great team. Thanks for sharing.
Yummmmm (a little hint, stick with the pint jars for crispiness - the bigger the jar, the longer the processing time, the limper the veggie...even with a crisper additive)
Love me some dilly beans…..I’ve been eating those my whole life. They are great in any mixed drink as an olive replacement or stuffed into a Bloody Mary
Can't wait to try making these beans. Thanks for the recipe. And by the way i just found your channel because I was looking at hurricane Helena videos and yours popped up.glad everything and everyone was ok after the storm. I just subscribed to your channel. God bless you all.
i use all apple cider vinegar and go a little more vinegar than water when i make my jalapenos and they are amazing, the ones from the store just taste like salt now. i just do a fridge pickle to keep them extra crunchy
JARLIC!!! Andrew everything sounded so good until I saw the Jarlic. I know peeling and pressing that much garlic is a pain but fresh garlic is so much better.
Hi, Andrew and Tiffany! Those pickled beans look so tasty. I love pickled okra too. Your processing station is really nice and NOT inside your home. Canning will heat your house so much. Have you ever pickled green tomatoes with hot peppers?
Shannon and I discovered Ranchwater a few years back, a bottle of Tapo Chico mineral water, shot of tequila (or vodka) and lime juice. Really helps our feelings after being out in the heat all day
Theres a product called Pickle Crisp that you csn add to help keep your pickles crispy. There's a Ball Brand and a Mrs Wages brand. It works really well. Its just calcium chloride. You just add a tiny bit to ea jar. Keeps even red onions crispy.
Okay, so when you do the okra, how do you slice it? Do you cut it in rounds or slice it long ways? Thanks for the video. I'll have to try pickling beans.
Just about any vegetable fresh out of the garden is good pickled. Just looking over your shoulder. Is there enough room in your kitchen for an island? Our "U" shaped kitchen was big enough to fit an island and it made the space so much more efficient.
Straight out of garden green beans - you don't get that loud snap sound when you buy them . Is your white vinegar 5% acidity, I noticed that over there it is less acid, here it's 9% ?
Your recipe must be for pints and not quarts . No way would 8 cups of liquid be enough for 8 quarts. It’s a great recipe nonetheless. I got 7 pints out of the brine
Pickled green beans actually sound amazing
They are
a must try!

There is enough room, but my wife didn't want one.
Straight out of garden green beans - you don't get that loud snap sound when you buy them . Is your white vinegar 5% acidity, I noticed that over there it is less acid, here it's 9% ?
It is 5 percent, but you can buy all the way up to 22 percent.
These are also great in a bloody mary...
I had a quarter cup of sugar to my recipe is that OK?
You can add whatever you like
Try pickled eggs
Good day to all.

You're correct, I misspoke. Talking to the camera isn't easy.
I use alcohol in a spray bottle and spray and wipe it out is this good enough
