Lion cub is small under for neon dalm. Also I wouldn't be surprised if it drops in value insanely soon because a single lion cub is worth a good leg, and it's an ultra rare so it's easy to age. If people were actually smart and realised that it's not worth trading for mega one and instead better to trade for normal ones and make mega yourself it would have been about half of the dalm at best.
Also it's htt because only people who will offer are preppies, and preppies will offer megas for it so no high tiers involved.
