Or you could buy full finger gloves and cut your own, like index finger and thumb. The only fingers one needs to expose to be useful for movements that require dexterity. If you need more fingers cut, then cut. 😅
I have the full finger version. Best gloves I've ever owned. However they're NOT water resistant and let tons of air through, so these are NOT for cold or wet riding. your hands will freeze. I ride with a pair of the AR EUC gloves and those work amazing for cold/wet weather. but no wrist guard
I have the hillbillies and the only problem I have that if you hold a selfie pole the high wrist protector get in the way and its not a comfortable hold. but these gloves do look much more flexable and the key for me is also the touch screen capability.
Would have consider them since Demon Flexmeters over the top of my motorcycle gloves is a PITA to get on, but the bright red pinkies is such a loud color for their only option. Surprised they didn't offer a basic all black version.
Interesting gloves, didnt know they had half finger. I bought both of their previous Hillbilly ones, didnt used them much, instead I usa half(trigger)finger mechanix with killerpads wristguards. And RunBell ontop for Passive Pedestrian Passing.
@roghaj lol, yeah I did give those fullfinger hillbilly a shake in the rain and storm last autumn, unfortunately they blackened my hands so I reframed from further usage, ergo on the lookout for alternatives.
I ended up having to put watch on highest notch and slide outside touching wrist protection but have to worry about it mashing the buttons accidentally
The adjustable watch band strap is somewhat of a fix but it kills the heartrate monitor for thats useful for tracking how many calories you burn on a trail when riding, hopefully one day someone will make gloves with a cutout for smartwatches, otherwise these look pretty good.
That’s my main reasoning for choosing Roger. My Apple Watch. Appreciate ya doing this review and including the watch. Does it still function right besides heart rate with it on the outside of material instead of directly on your wrist? Do fingertip version work with touch screen?
Yes, the full finger gloves work with the phone.... I still like fingerless. If you turn off wrist detection, the watch works fine minus the heartrate thing you mentioned.
theyre just knock off Sedici gloves. plus the wait time for them is inexcusable. do yourself a favor and go to cyclegear or revzilla and pick up a pair of real motocycle gloves.
I've had the fingerless version for a month now. Best protective gloves I've ever worn.
And they look cool
Good to have both pairs so that one hand is finger-protected and the other is available to touch screens. 👍
Even the full fingers work on touchscreen phones.

In California, I care more about not getting too hot.

Seems like they never have them in stock
Sorry about that. We are trying hard to keep them in stock. We will do better 🙏🏻

I plan on giving these a fair shake. Unfortunately, I won't really know how well they work for me until I crash.

Those gloves could save me a pinky or two 🤔👍
Nice looking too.
thanks for addressing the QR code. I was curious and was unable to scan it from dawns video
Dawn's video was better than mine.... mine was mostly about the apple watch solution. I really like this strap. Easy to put on every day.
🤜⚡🤛
I ended up having to put watch on highest notch and slide outside touching wrist protection but have to worry about it mashing the buttons accidentally
I've done that and ended up putting the watch to right hand mode so I could put it on upside down.

This huge band does let you put the watch on your forearm. Only an issue with long sleeves.
@@roghaj link or information on the watch band please, been searching for a long enough band
@@roghaj
have you ever tried the stretchy bands for iwatch? that’s what i have been using and very easy to put on and off🤙
How do you keep your Apple Watch from locking up all the time when not in contact with your skin?
Go to passcode on the watch app on your phone and turn off wrist detection.
Amazing, I was wondering this too.

@@roghaj that wrist detection is what I need to turn off.
Is their sizing chart accurate? Their chart puts on Small even though most of my current moto gloves are Large.
It's just a pity that they cost a lot of money and you can only buy them on your website...
look into sedici gloves. they have a pair almost identical to these. these are just knock offs.
They come from E-Rides, not me.
@@kevinhuggett8430 It's still super expensive.. what you specified is $120.. I thought it was some kind of analog with Ali)
Look pretty sweet for sure.
What do you mean? You could barely see me.
The pocket might be to slide and fit your phone in, so you can easly use it without having to reach your pants, i could be wrong tho. Great vid \m/
Seems unlikely
The “solution” of wearing the watch on the outside of the wrist guard won’t work for anyone that uses the auto lock feature on their Apple Watch
I have disabled wrist detection.
@@roghaj I figured. Unfortunately that won’t work for me
It's a shame its not real leather. I'd buy, and for a much higher price if it was

But the impact protection and slider function wouldn't be there. This is the main feature of the gloves in my opinion.
