That’s so sweet that your grandparents got you a load of stuff for your eczema!! I use dermol 500 for my baby and it works so well, it doesn’t foam up when it gets wet so it seems like it doesn’t do much but that and Adex gel were godsends for his eczema

The gift from your nan and grandad was so thoughtful with the stocking full of eczema creams and things. I know everyone’s skin is different like e45 makes my eczema so much worse but I do recommend the aveeno products I have the shampoo and body washes and helps soothe my eczema when I have warm showers. Hopefully the products you got for Christmas help your eczema 💕

I use double base gel every single day as I have psoriasis which is similar to eczema, it’s literally just a moisturiser but a bit thicker than usual so it works so well with my skin! I use it every time I wash my face and on my whole body after I shower would definitely recommend x
i have really bad eczema and the hydrocortisone cream is amazing!! it works so well, its the one in the red and white box, use it in the morning and night. It works so so well xxx
hydrocortisone cream is fantastic for eczema, but constant use will indefinitely destroy your skin and will stop working over time as your skin becomes immune to it. just be careful not to use it too regularly/reliantly!! cortisone destroys the layers of your skin, hence why it should never be used on sensitive areas

Dermol is honestly a lifesaver for me as well with my eczema. It works so well and I use it as a moisturiser as well as a body wash
Sometimes I used hydrocortisone that seems to help but you may need to get that from your GP
