Thanks so much! The formatting in the chat window is handled automatically by the AI agent. If you’re looking to format property info nicely in a document, I’d recommend using google sheets for production workflows, as it provides better formatting options and makes it easier to organize and present the data (like images and property details) in a structured way compared to a basic doc file.

Yes, when adding structured data to something like Google Sheets, you do need to specify the headers (or columns) so the data gets mapped correctly. In this case, you'll want to make sure your sheet has columns like Name, Email, Phone, Item, and Delivery Address already set up. Then, in n8n, when you're configuring the Google Sheets node, you'll map the incoming data to those specific columns. This ensures that each piece of information gets placed in the correct spot.

As for making a video on creating an AI agent that takes orders and adds them to a sheet, that sounds awesome! Thanks for asking! I host n8n myself, so it only costs me $7 a month for hosting. As for the Zillow API, it's free for up to 100 requests a month, and after that, it’s just $9.99. So overall, it’s pretty affordable!

You would only need to replace the docs module with sheets, the rest will work fine.
