    Great review, hoping the plugin 225/230 have same softer suspension.

      It probably will have softer suspension given that it will be a heavier variant of the model, although it’s hard to tell if it will really be noticeable.

    Great review, Andrei! Any advice on choosing between the 218d and 220i? The 220i petrol is cheaper and faster to 100kmh, but the diesel boasts 4.5L of consumption in relation to 5.5L of the 220i. What would you recommend?

    • @OneTireFire
      @OneTireFire  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching! It depends on what you plan to do with it. If you also plan to use this as a vehicle for longer road trips, then go for the diesel. The 220i is a three-cylinder 1.5-liter, while the 218d is a 2-liter four-cylinder, so you get a bigger and more dependable engine in the long run with better in-gear performance than the 220i.

    mister do I understand that you prefer the 220i over the 223i ? how about the noise of the engine ? which one is the most quiet ? thx for your great video ?

    • @OneTireFire
      @OneTireFire  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s actually the other way around. i prefer the 223i with the 2 liter engine ovet the three-cylinder 220i. The 223i should be quieter and more refined.
      Thank you for watching!

    Hello, very nice review. What is the fuel consumption that you make with that engine?

    • @OneTireFire
      @OneTireFire  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I achieved around 8.2 l/100km mostly driving in town in my spirited style. I guess you could see it drop to under 8 l/100km if you drive it sensibly. BMW says you should be able to achieve around 5.6 l/100km, but that's only realistic in extra-urban driving, even though this is the official figure for the combined cycle...

      @joaoleal5736 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, I just order that car with that engine, it should arrive by December according with the dealer. In the car status can you see the status of the mild hybrid system, like the battery charge?

      It looks better in person I think and, to be fair, the shape is the result of trying to make a roomy interior (which this has)...
