The concern on Larry’s face and how much he loves you made me melt. You’re so so lucky to have such a wonderful, supportive, patient husband. I know you know that more than anybody. Love you both❤️

I was afraid you may pass out then I totally would have 🤣 idk how you did that standing up, I applaud you! ❤️
You did amazing! I can only imagine the anxiety that you felt. I've never seen this side of a pregnancy journey, it's very eye opening for someone who isn't familiar with it. My heart aches for everyone who struggles to get pregnant. Lot's of positive vibes and prayers for you and Larry. Also, when you're finally blessed with your little miracle , you can share these video's and they can see how much they were wanted and loved before they were even conceived. ♥ Mindy you're an inspiration!
Watching you do the injections reminds me of people I know who have diabetes who have to do their own insulin injections. You 2 are amazing people who can accomplish difficult tasks together.
You did great!! As a RN and a person that does multiple injections on myself, I have a few pointers. Please sit down (or lay down) when you administer the injections. It will relax your abdominal muscles and shouldn't be as painful. Don't forget to pinch up a piece of skin instead of going directly in. This will also help to decrease the discomfort. Also, IMO, you injected too close together. Each injection should be on opposite sides of the belly button. As you've probably already been told, rotate the sites. You'll be able to figure out where you went last time. Don't be surprised if you develop knots at the injection sites. This can be disconcerting if no one has told you about it. Also, placing the alcohol pad over the injection site is fine and actually better because you just opened the area. One more thing...it looked like you only counted to 5 after the injection. Counting to 15 or 20 will guarantee that the fluid has time to absorb before pulling out the needle. You don't want that precious medicine seeping out. It's a learning process and you'll get better as time goes on. Good luck! Take care and be blessed. Hugs from NE Florida🤗🌞
Bless your heart. I have to give myself injections every week and I’m a nurse AND I STILL FREAK OUT, you are just fine 🤗. It goes against your normal instincts to stick yourself, how lovely you have such an awesome supporter!!!
Praying for you guys!! You guys will be the most amazing parents, and your future child will be so blessed to have you as their mom! Also LOVE the flowers!!

I have been praying for you and Larry to have a baby! I didn’t have injections or anything, but my husband and I were giving up on having a baby, and when we did that a month later we were blessed and then had a baby boy. A baby will come to you both! And what a blessed Baby you will have with you both as parents!

Watching you be so brave doing your injections made me so proud of you! I just know that it will help so many women feel brave when they have to do it too! Well done , you are amazing xxxxxxxxx
I wish more than anything that I journaled during my pregnancy. There are so many things that happened to my body and just documenting when things happened are going to be great to look back on, especially towards the end of pregnancy. Definitely start now because the morning sickness had me not wanting to do anything and by the time I felt well enough to document my pregnancy, it was halfway over! Write EVERYTHING down: the good, the bad and the ugly! ♥️
@@jamie-leighgibson2338 I still have to fill out his baby book! The first 8 weeks were so rough that I didn’t even have the mental capacity to sit down and start it. I’m 13 weeks PP and I think I’m finally going to start documenting/writing letters to my son now that we are on better terms - LOL!

You did AMAZING with the injections! I am a nursing student and I have learned that if you kind of “dart” the needle quickly to insert, it is a lot less painful! I know it must be so different doing it on yourself, but you are so strong!
Praying as I watch that the love you have for each other will manifest in this child you WILL have!!!!! Love you both and as the other reply stated, Larry’s love for you is undeniable
You did really great on your injections! Coming from a nurse here are a few tips to help you if there are more injections: the next time you inject yourself use some Bactine to help numb the area prior to swabbing with alcohol - it will stay numb longer than ice alone. Then, have a cottonball ready to put pressure on after giving yourself the injection - don't use the alcohol swab as it burns. This next one is important ~ for the injection itself, do NOT go slow when putting the needle in - it makes it hurt a whole lot more. Just do a quick jab in and the same quick withdrawal. So it should be quick jab in, pull back a little on the plunger to make sure you aren't getting blood, inject the medication at the rate you are given, and then quick withdrawal and pressure. Bandaid if you want but it's not necessary if you aren't bleeding. For your second injection I think you were supposed to pull back on your syringe the amount of the dose, then inject the air into the vial, turn the vial over and withdraw the amount of your dose. Flick the syringe for air bubbles before taking the needle out of the vial. Tip ~ the more you stick the vial with the needle the duller the needle becomes i.e. the duller the needle the more it hurts going into the skin. As far as the injection site, you can start at 12:00 and go all around the clock (belly button) with your injections 1, 2, etc. That way you aren't using the same area or injection site and you will bruise less. Good luck! I'm rooting for a baby for you!
Oh Mindy and Larry . . .I lost it during your shots. I wanted to hug you. and as a nurse help you make it less stressful. You did a great job!! It is absolutely ok to cry.

Also love how Luna and Lexi each wait for their own food to be placed at their spots Lol. Luna knows mines over here and Lexi waits until you say come on over here ! So cute!
Hey Mindy! I know you’ve probably learned this since you’ve been doing it for several days now, but the more swifter your stick yourself the less painful than going slow with it. You’re doing awesome!! Great job Larry for being so supportive!!
Congratulations on your bravery Mindy! As a type 1 diabetic I give myself injections multiple times a day everyday. I understand what you are going through! Injecting yourself with anything is not easy. Keep up the good work and positive attitude!
Very smart to journal your whole experience! I really wish I would have kept a journal about my pregnancy! I was so nervous with you through the shots and I cried with you lol! You are so brave!
I’m an RN and thought you did very well! A couple of tips that may be helpful. Take a deep breath as you stick, then slowly exhale as you inject. Definitely rotate your injection sites to decrease sensitivity. If you inject on the right side one day, use the left the next day. That’s what we always taught our insulin dependent patients. Best of luck on your journey! You got this!💕
Side note, I am so freaking proud of you for doing the injections to yourself. I could never. I can’t even watch someone giving me a needle/taking blood. You are brave and I see how bad you want this to work. You are BADA**! 🥰
My husband has Crohns disease and has to give himself injections. It pains me to watch him, but he's so brave. And you are, too! You got this!! Good job and best wishes ♡
Holy BALLLLLS Mindy you are one helllll of a woman. As an empath I’m FEEEELING your emotions all the wayyyyy here in fargo … I cannot imagine sticking myself with a needle all I can say is YOU GO GIIIRL shout out to Larry for being a flipppping rock.
I am so proud of you Mindy! You did awesome and Larry was so supportive! The injections will get easier the more you do them. Praying for successful first try and hoping you get your positive pregnancy test very soon!
Every day will get easier. What I’ve found is that you can tell if it’s going to hurt immediately on putting the tip of needle in. I think that’s when you’re directly over a nerve. So when i felt pain I’d pull it out and wipe the needle with alcohol or switch needles and the next spot usually wouldn’t hurt. I’ve done IVF twice as a single person and I think it’s easier to do the needle yourself.
Oh Mindy, I cried with you! I hope all of these painful shots get you to the finish line of the baby journey. All the hugs and positive vibes to you and Larry. All my love from Michigan!

I documented my (suprise) pregnancy with my Daughter, we recently moved and she found the journal with all the paperwork, bills, appts, pathology results, hospital paperwork plus all my thoughts and feelings along the way and how much l loved her before she was even earth side. Hey Mindy! I know you’ve probably learned this since you’ve been doing it for several days now, but the more swifter your stick yourself the less painful than going slow with it. You’re doing awesome!! Great job Larry for being so supportive!!
We’re all rooting for you!! You’re sweet little baby is waiting for you at the end of this whole journey ❤️
Omg Larry “if I could do that you wouldn’t be doin this!” 😂😂
I’m an RN and thought you did very well!
You’d be surprised what you can do when you have no other options 👍
You are so brave! May the Lord bless you with the baby you’ve been waiting for for so long!
My husband has Crohns disease and has to give himself injections. It pains me to watch him, but he's so brave. And you are, too! You got this!! Good job and best wishes ♡
I have crohn’s too and also take injections, also went through IVF 7 times no luck, adopted…happy
Broke my heart to see you cry but you’re strong and you and Larry got this!! Pain is temporary the outcome will be amazing ❤️

I made dill pickles with homegrown cucumbers this week ! I’m pretty happy with how they came out, I did:
400g water
400g distilled white vinegar
1tbsp mustard seed
1/2 tbsp black peppercorns
2 squashed garlic cloves
Half a bunch of fresh dill
Also wishing you and Larry lots of well wishes for your IVF journey ❤️

Awww, I am so sorry you had to endure that. We are here to cheer you on. Keep your head up, your baby is coming soon 💙. Your the best Larry.
I documented my (suprise) pregnancy with my Daughter, we recently moved and she found the journal with all the paperwork, bills, appts, pathology results, hospital paperwork plus all my thoughts and feelings along the way and how much l loved her before she was even earth side. She's 17yrs old and couldn't believe l kept all of this and it was such an emotional moment seeing her read this, it's a treasured book. Do it!!
Got teary when you did! You did it so much quicker than I would’ve, I’ve had to give animals needles and hesitate way longer. You’ve definitely got this! 💖
You are so brave and you and Larry are such a sweet couple. He was so worried about you in the cutest way! Hope they get easier! ❤️
“They go to fast”, yea mindy that’s how I feel about your videos. I love seeing you be happy.
