What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. Tips for boss fight:
1. If he is on you and attacking you, run in circles while attacking.
2. If he grabs you, start spamming the jump and switch weapon buttons and you might survive on just a bit health.

My server didnt get a second try on boss fight. When we all died we just started playing a normal game. And we all got the Agetha Skin. We didnt even get to pick our skin

Hackula really needs a big nerf. Everytime I play, I'm dead ALWAYS. Even after a revive. His bat toss is OP. His Bite is OP, but you can backstab him. Though, the problem is that it won't change to the melee, I've experienced it due to being on mobile. This happened after about November 8th. As I said, he needd a serious nerf.

Well, you can try doing this... in the REALLY hard version of hackula, basically get a private server (which i know that you have) and set the gamemode to hackula dx, and you will face hackula but in the really hard version of him (1 slap from hackula = 55-65 damage, rage = instant kill, beam = instant kill, bat bomb stays the same, but instead of throwing them slowy, hackula just spams and each bomb is really fast)
He’s never gonna respond and he doesn’t even play arsenal anymore

The reason you weren't able to claim one of the new skins was because they clearly stated that in a vip server you will not receive some rewards (the skins) but if you were in a public game you would receive them.
