Dear Mr. Spot, my name is John and i've been a long-time viewer of your videos, since 2011 to be precise. You were the first reviewer in fact that i ever came across on TH-cam. I am extremely pleased you finally got your hands on the Suicide Squad Batman figure from Hot Toys. As good a figure as this is, i am of the mind that it might require a slight modification; that being the cape. It simply feels and looks wrong, wouldn't you say? It does not drape properly and/or naturally, it does not feel as if it has weight, and it looks rather odd, especially on such a good looking figure. If you feel the same way as i do good sir, i would like to make a recommendation. There is a custom company that makes-in my honest opinion- fantastic custom capes for many Hot Toys figures and they have made a plethora of bat-capes, if you will, for the "Batfleck" version of Hot Toys as well. With such a cape on this figure-and i have seen many reviews of said figure with said custom cape on- would look like a beast!( In the coolest way possible). I shall leave you with the link to the custom cape-maker themselves. If you like what you see on their video, do try and contact them, i assure you, you will not be disappointed in the work that they do. Not in the slightest. Their cape work is A+ taking a very good Hot Toys figure, to a whole different level. A friend has this version, I have the bvs version, I prefer mine.theres some subtle differences like the darker color. The suit looked darker in suicide squad.i feel bad for people that were all fuck it I'll wait for the suicide squad version.
Alvin Capalad i really agree, and the cape in the SS version is meant to be pose like his gliding, so if you were to pose it like his just standing and having it drape behind him not gonna happen bcs it has sort of like a semicircle shape which makes the center shorter, it sucks that i missed out on the bvs batman and now i have to deal with this shitty cape.
I put mine in a pose as if hes about to throw a batarang. I didn't check the instruction sheet but the best way I found to hold the batarang is to put it between the thumb and index like hes pinching them with 2 fingers. This gives a pretty tight grip. That's how they show it in the promo pictures. Not inserted in the "hole" like a gun.
yeah its becoming harder now to change the eyes and mouths on these figures, oh and the previous video of this batman was just an unboxing whereas this one is the actual review if thats what you meant by Again?
DX is an entirely different line and the moving eyes are only on DX series. They will keep it that way since this DX stands for Deluxe and it's one of the main feature. I have a Batman DX12 and a Terminator DX10.
I agree they’re getting cheap and charging top dollars for their figures, but my friend did have an issue with his magnet as times go by if u constantly change poses or change the mouth plates or lighting up the eyes(iron man and etc) the magnet started losing its magnetism yea is surprising to me as i thought the magnets could’ve last really long but it didnt.
What sexual predation? the thing with the Canadian lady? she made a video herself saying they always played like that on camera and he was very professional once the cameras stopped. Why are people digging in 15 year old videos and interviews trying to find dirt on every name mentioned in the whole Harvey scandal?
unfortunately for Aflack is being dubed "gropeman" in the media recently for groping women Allegedly . I don't think it will hurt the new movie though .

if your a hottoys batman collector, this SS batman wiil be one of the expensive version.
Awesome review spot! Just one little tip that may help you, the sides of the cowl tuck under the cape folds on the shoulders.

This is why you need a custom cape. The SS version is supposedly a fix to the BvS version, but it is worse and looks cheap.

Compare this to BvS version, i prefer BvS one. Basicly it's the same figure, but the cape on this version is terrible!
