Was macht Burda aus? Wofür stehen wir? Was sind unsere gemeinsamen Werte? Die Antwort darauf ist der „Burda Purpose“, der als Kompass dafür dient, was das Unternehmen und die Mitarbeitenden als Gemeinschaft gemeinsam erreichen wollen. Über ein halbes Jahr lang wurden dazu verschiedene Perspektiven, Ideen und Meinungen im gesamten Konzern gesammelt. Die Essenz daraus sind drei Werte, die immer wieder genannt wurden: Vielfalt, Unternehmertum und Verantwortung.

What makes Burda different? What do we stand for? What are our shared values? The answer is the "Burda Purpose," which serves as a compass for what the company and its employees want to achieve together as a community. For more than six months, various perspectives, ideas and opinions were collected throughout the company. The essence of this is three values that were mentioned again and again: diversity, entrepreneurship and responsibility.
