This was the first time I ever beat Super Mario World and it was on PC
It was tough but it took me 12 years to finally beat this game

How i love super mario n his head stomps, indiscutivaly a jedi skill.
My kid loves your channel, and don’t usually pay much attention, but this is my favorite game and Forest of Illusion I has a trick to get you a whole bunch of lives. At 2:02, right after the midpoint, use the top right button to move the screen over, so Mario is all the way on the left, instead of in the center. Now, I can’t remember if you’re supposed to use the star or the red shell, but I think it’s the star. Get it and just start running. Since the screen is moved over, the enemies will start bursting out of the blocks earlier, and you can run into them. After I think 10 enemies, you start getting 1-ups instead of points. I used to just go through the level over and over, just that section. Did you also know that if you’ve completed a level and go in it again, you don’t have to finish it again or die to get out of it? You hit pause then select, I think. It’s been so long. So I’d be able to start the level at the midpoint, get a bunch of lives, then leave and do it again. Over and over. (My username is pronounced beck-itty, kind of like committee, if you’d like to shout out? No need. Or my kids’ names? They’d get a kick out of that.)

You make your life harder at some points in the game. You can spin jump on the small Boos and the Eeries. Same for the saws in the castle.
