Every interchange? There is not an open top interchange if u ask me... but if u asking about like sengkang where it is under the mall, there are plenty like Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Yishun, Clementi etc. U can just google

As someone who has been using Sengkang interchange since the start of my life, I would say it isn’t as exciting as other interchanges eg. Tampines, Bedok, Yishun, Woodlands, as Sengkang Interchange is completely devoid of legacy buses, except the occasional VSO 86
