Hey buggs you probs aren’t seeing this but I had a great idea. You will need two armoured vehicles: insurgents, an allyway with two ways in that is as wide as the insurgent or just a little bit bigger, a pursuit vehicle like a raptor or something small and fast and for you guys full body armour and heavy weapons and assault rifles, you’ll need three people for this. So the pursuit vehicle picks up one cop and one cop only and leads that cop into the allyway and stops there. Meanwhile the insurgents are blocking the exits. You then get out of your vehicles and abduct the officer. Take him to a secure location like a hideout. You use this cop to ask for ransome money and a clear passage out of los santos. Plus this could totally turn into a massive chase and gunfight.

Weird why they didn't code 5 you during the second traffic stop. In reality, officers would do a felony stop on anyone who matched the description of you or your vehicle. Hell, I've done countless felony stops like that in my department. You can never be too safe when dealing with a potential armed and dangerous person.
So if some white explorer robbed a store, you would hold any white explorer you see at gunpoint? That's why theres license plates, so you don't point a gun at 20 innocent people, and in this case they didn't have his license and it was dark so he might not have clearly seen descriptions of the person or vehicle.
It all depends on the situation and the location. If a white explorer was seen in a robbery and an officer saw a vehicle that matched that description in the area, then yes, that vehicle will be pulled over and we would do a felony stop on them. Once we clear that vehicle and the occupant, than we would investigate to see if it was the suspect or not. In a situation like this and a gun is used by the suspect, we as officers take no chances. We can't always clarify who is and who isn't a suspect as well as we don't always get license plates. We go by what info we have from our dispatch. So we take precautions. It's a standard operating procedure in almost all law enforcement agencies across the country.
DavidL221 i was in a race once 2 years ago, and the cops had a description of my car, it was my black Ford fusion I had at the time. One cop was behind us the entire time but there was 2 so he called another officer to meet him somewhere. Long story short I ducked off a side street but they ended up getting my buddy. Gave him my 93 in a 55 ticket and said once they found me they were giving me his 102 in a 55 ticket since I dipped off. Couple days later i get pulled over but not for speed. Never felony stopped me. Which I was surprised. But I don't think they put 2 and 2 together. 1st and last race lol.
Yeah you wouldn't get felony stopped for speeding or racing. Felony stops usually happen when an armed and dangerous person is stopped or is believed to be armed with a gun. Usually after having committed a serious crime, especially of a nature that would lead the police to believe the suspect/s may be armed.
I agree with OP. Also the cop at the DUI with polecat was the same cop that originally pulled buggs over at smoke tree road.

If you refuse
2. Tell you that you have to give them your license
If you continue to refuse
3. Remove you from your vehicle and take your license.
I've seen some real patient cops who play nice for far too long lol
