- So, I got the silver soundcheck package for day 1 and a nosebleed seat for day 2!! I'm really happy :)) Hopefully, this video is a bit of help to those buying bts tickets tomorrow, Friday, or anytime in the future! If you have any questions just comment and I'll try to answer them if I can!

That’s because there was no presale. I bought tickets in these new presale systems they just introduced. I was able to get into the earliest presale (membership presale), which was released 2 days before general sale.

_These are some things you might want to know about! I’ll add more if I think of more things to write down_
*DISCLAIMER: ALL THESE PRICES IN THE VIDEO ARE CANADIAN!*
*KEY POINTS*
- Do NOT refresh the page after the timer hits zero. You will be placed farther behind in the queue!
- You will experience quite a bit of wait time before reaching the front of the queue. It took me around 17 minutes to get in.
- If you are doing presale, make sure to type out your code somewhere, and copy your code beforehand! You can easily paste and enter the code that way!
- Many seats may be taken when you finally get into the seat map, but don’t panic! Seats can reappear if another person lost them or doesn’t want them anymore!
- When purchasing seats for one person, you need to have at least three seats available, or a single seat.
-You only have a certain amount of time (3 to 8 minutes) to finish your payment before the ticket is taken away.
- I used only one device. PRESALE DOES NOT ALLOW MORE THAN ONE DEVICE!
-Don’t buy tickets in behind the towers (specifically for the 100s)! It’ll block your view. The towers are located wherever you see that grey + sign.
*BEFORE QUEUEING*
- Make sure to enter all your payment information before it's time to buy tickets! It's faster and easier this way.
-Put in your phone number and verify it! It's always good to be careful just in case.
-Do NOT stress too much and try to buy tickets too fast! You might end up purchasing the wrong one, or put in the wrong info.
Basic Bangtan Today was the first time for me. I waited an hour on the app and I was still 2000+. Mine wasn’t even moving and it took another hour for my turn. The seat I wanted all taken but still lucky to get section 113. How did yours moved so fast?

I wish I could’ve gotten floor seats or soundcheck but it was super expensive for 3 tickets and since I had to get tickets for May 9th on general public sale on Friday it was sold out and I ended up with farther seats than I wanted but it’s okay at least I’m finally seeing them for the first time 🥺💜

You don’t get physical tickets! U get a QR code on ur Ticketmaster app and you would ur that to enter the venue during the concert (they just scan it when u enter). For soundcheck tickets you get that at the venue itself!
What kind of Code do i need to type in at the beginning I’m trying to get Berlin floor seats near the stage at the army membership presale I applied for the presale but got no code do i still get in..?
Once you apply for presale, a few days before the actual presale starts you will POSSIBLY get an email that says you got in. Note that just because you applied doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get the code. It depends on how many people applied. That email will say whether or not you get the code. If it says you will then they will text you later on in the day.

The closest seats were all soundcheck for the North American tour dates! I’m assuming it will be the same for Europe. Basically all the seats within 3-8 seats of the barricade (depends which section of the floor) were all soundcheck! There are two sound check tiers! Gold soundcheck (separate line for merch merch, meaning it’s easier and faster to get merch, + other benefits) and Sulver soundcheck, which also has a bunch of benefits! I bought silver soundcheck because that’s what I got when I chose those seats!
*I have an important question*
Ok so I got BTS tickets for may 9th, in dallas and it said that I got them but...where are the tickets? I checked my ticketmaster app and I went to my events, and it showed me the tickets I bought but they didn't have the barcode so I could get in the concert. So where is the ticket barcode? And do they scan the barcode on our way in the concert? So our phone is basically our ticket kind of? *please someone explain*
I think they will deliver it to you or add a barcode later on! If u still want to know when, just give ticket master a call :)

unfortunately it isn’t guaranteed. It really just depends on how many membership users there are that go to the concert you are going to. But most people still get it (judged by the people i’ve interacted with on twitter). Membership is still nice either ways because it gives you access to members only items on weverse shop and you can also by the membership box which has a lot of cute merch in it!

i always get so frustrated when i watch these videos because when people get in early or when there's loads of floor seats left THEY JUST LOOK AROUND FOR SO LONG i would choose tickets ASAP and not care all that much what section hdfsjks if there are tickets near the stage i'd just take the first ones i see lmao but also i don't know how it feels to get inside and have LOADS of floor left soooooo

In the queue the timer hit 0 for me and I waited for the page to refresh itself but it didn't so I refreshed and I had to wait an hour and a half to buy the them but I'm happy I still got tickets

Yes. Ticketmaster has placed "delay delivery" until they can verify tix were bought in accordance w/the rules (no more than maximum amount of tix, that a bot wasnt used to purchase, etc).

I’m pretty sure you can buy tickets if ur underage! Just make sure that the card holders name is yours and it should be fine. Make sure to bring an ID to the concert as well! They will be verifying that those tickets are yours. This can be a drivers license or passport.

I don't remember seeing an option on how to have the tickets delivered. Right now it says that my Ticket Delivery is Go Mobile, I want the actual tickets to be sent through the mail, not mobile tickets. Is it because ticket sales aren't finished yet or will they let you chose later on

My tickets in this video were silver soundcheck, which means it will only have the option of will call! I don’t have the answer to your question unfortunately. You should try calling/emailing/tweeting ticket master about this! They can answer whatever questions you have :)

@@yulietpineda4917 No they never sent them. I think the tickets are only mobile, to view my tickets I went on my Ticketmaster account and click on "My Events" then it shows my tickets. We had a chance in the beginning of when the concert got postponed to get a refund but i decided to keep mine, the only way i can get my money back is if the concert is cancelled.

No! There’s a verified fan presale (will let you buy tickets the earliest), and a regular presale for non membership users (this one is one day after the membership presale). Bighit announced that presales were happening on weverse app so I applied for the membership one (you also have to apply for the free one) and got in! It’s a raffle but chances are that you’ll get a code! You aren't guaranteed to get in but it's better to test your luck because you get to buy tickets before the general sale (normal sale, one day after presale and two days after verified presale).
Also if you do want to end up purchasing membership you can buy it without the kit! It’s $22 usd without the kit and the kit is a separate purchase you can make.
Hi! So i'm curious, since it'll also be my first time going to a BTS concert, do people usually give away freebies at the concert (specifically Canada)? If I was making freebies when should I hand them out? The security rules sound so strict and also we're in Canada so it might be different than the Korean concert video walk-throughs i've been watching.
A lot of people give freebies! I will too! People gave out freebies at the Hamilton concert too. I’m not too sure about security but I think it should be fine if we’re not selling anything? I’m planning on giving them away at the venue itself! If I find out we can’t do it at the venue m, I’ll probably just do it somewhat close to the venue. I think the venue is in downtown so it should be fine though.

You can get it even if you don’t have membership. It’s just that chances of getting vip soundcheck tickets are much higher if you have membership!

Yes it should take paypal. You should put in your card info just in case it doesn't. If it does, you can always remove your card info.

I have a few questions about the general public sale for the tickets for metlife,
1. How do I know/select what day I want to go to?
2. Will there be plenty of seats available for the general public, since this year we have the option to use army membership/presales? (I dont have any of those things)
You can select it by going to ticket master > go to bts > see all the show dates > pick the one you want.
For your second question, all sound check is sold out. There will be some seats/sections available. Around half the seats are being sold in verified fan presale + general sale. Sadly, most of the close ones are gone though.

So for army membership presale (you need to have bought the kit, but please REMEMBER even if this can get you the closest possible tickets, you won’t be _guaranteed_ a chance to win the presale code). You can buy *2 tickets per account, per show.* So if you have a friend or are buying for yourself only, and want to buy tickets for multiple dates, you can!
For verified fan presale (no payment, just sign up), you can only buy *4 tickets per account, for the entire tour.* If you are using tickets master, I heard they were prioritizing mobile orders, so using your phone MIGHT be better. But this ain’t guaranteed so don’t trust me too much with that. If you’re buying two dates at the same time, use a computer. Open two tabs, one for the first day and one for the second day. You aren’t allowed to use more than one device for ticket buying process and you cannot switch devices either.

whats with the service fee and processing fee? thats like an additional $100
It’s basically just additional fees that are added on to the ticket. For service fees, it’s kinda like a mandatory tip! It’s shared between the artist/company and ticket master themselves. In this case, they made the service fee 15% of the actual ticket price, making my ticket in particular cost $74 more for the service fee. The facility charge is what is collected for the venue. The order processing fee is a fee that is charged every time you buy a ticket. It’s $5.75 every time.

I have no idea why they were blue at first (must’ve been a glitch in the system) but the ones that turned orange are soundcheck tickets! This one ticket thing really only applies for ticket master but basically you can’t buy a single ticket if it means that there will be a single seat left. You can still try it when you purchase tickets though! It was just something I experienced and you might not experience it!

There is a chance but the chance is very very low. The presale has already ended (unless you’re going to a concert date that hasn’t gone on sale yet.). The verified fan presale was on Feb 6th and the army membership presale was on Feb 5th. To enter the verified fan presale you would have had to register for it on ticket master before Feb 2. For the membership presale, you had to have the army membership (available for purchase on weply) and registered both on weply and ticket master before Feb 2. If you plan on going to one of the North American dates you would have to buy from a reseller, but be super careful. A lot of people have already gotten scammed.
Where are the Barcelona tickets? They don't appear on Ticketmaster
They haven’t been released for ticketing yet. Keep an eye on weverse and weply, they’ll announce it there.

No. As long as the venue itself doesn’t state anything about minors needing to be accompanied by an adult you should be fine.

It’s a presale code. Using it, I was able to access tickets 2 days before general sale, and 1 day before verified fan presale. I got a presale code for army membership presale. +if you want to know more you can search it up and all the info will be there.

1. I heard they prioritize ppl buying tickets on the app so I’d recommend the app over the website (this is just what I heard from other ppl. They got into the queue faster, and got better tickets).
2. All info regarding ticket sales with be on weverse app! Weverse is available on both iOS and Android, as well as desktop. It’s the green app with a chat bubble thing. There’s another app called Weverse shop and that’s for buying merch of any bighit artists! Once your on weverse just click on bts in the artists section, make an account and turn on notifs for announcements!
3. I’d say create an account. The faster you can pay, the better. Add in all your card/bank/paypal details so you can have a speedy check out.
4. I’ve answered this many times in the comments but it’s basically a presale for the tickets. There’s also one for army membership holders (this costs money but u get a bunch of benefits) called army member presale and u get an even earlier shot at buying tickets.

You can apply for only 1 date. Once u get the code u can use it for both dates/any tour dates that’s being sold at the same time.

Bighit hasnt announced anything yet! If you have weverse app all the updates will be on there and make sure to have notifications on and check weverse announcements on the BTS page.

Yes it does. I bought the nosebleed seats for a separate day, so it was a different transaction.

Is there an option to print them? It will probably say closer to the concert whether you print them or they send it to you (so pls keep an eye out and stay updated about the concert). If you got soundcheck, the tickets are will call, so you have to pick it up at the venue itself.

I never used ticketmaster. When its your time, can you really look for the right seats ? Or is it better to hurry? Like how many people can get tickets at the same time since there is this waiting room.
if this is for europe shows you cant choose specific seats, it only lets you select by price range. so just choose tickets in the price range you want.
So the comment above me said that you can’t choose the the specific seats! It’d be best to look at the seating chart when it released and remember which sections you want when you buy tickets!

Unfortunately it was! Some people didn’t get the codes even though they bought membership. Though your chances of getting a code is still higher than with verified fan presale. Personally, I bought the membership box regardless because it had a lot of nice little things in it.

Hi! So I’m still keeping my tickets since I got pretty good ones and don’t want to give them up since the concert was only postponed and not canceled! I can always get refunded if bighit decides to cancel anyways. For your second question, bighit will most likely announce when tickets go on sale again! I know a lot of armys refunded their tickets so the chances of getting a good one is pretty high! For membership thing, I highly doubt they’d implement it again for dates that already went on sale, but in case you want to know for a different date that hasn’t gone on sale yet; bighit will announce it on weverse that pre sales are happening and you just have to apply for it. You won’t get it for sure but it’s still better to try cause getting a good ticket is much easier in pre sale! My presale was army membership presale (so like pre pre sale) so I was able to buy tickets at the earliest date! You have to have army membership (which you can buy on weverse, they’re selling the new one now) and you then get a code/number that you can use to access all member exclusive stuff including pics, messages etc from the boys along with other benefits (all explained in weverse shop).

Ticketmaster has placed a "delay delivery" on tix until they ensure you abided by the rules (purchased no more than the maximum amount, that u were not a bot, etc).

If you want to buy a ticket in presale with army membership, do you need the actual physical card for buying the tickets or do you also have some kind of code in your weverse account. I want to buy army membership now, but the presale is in 6 days so the card and kit won't be in time. please help me!!!!
No your card has a number! You can find the number on the physical card, and on the Weverse app! Just go to BTS’ page and to the one that says “💜 only”. The heart means members! Click on the top where it says “my official membership” with the card. It will say your name, and your membership card number underneath. You have to use that number when you purchase the tickets.

It’s a code for army membership presale. That’s how I got these tickets easily. I had a presale code. This gave me access to tickets 2 days before general sale and 1 day for verified fan presale. You can search up more info on google and everything should be there!

You get a presale code through an event thing that weply/weverse will announce. The reason why I was so slow at buying tickets was because I knew I had time. I was in the pre-presale (army membership presale) which is two days before general sale, and 1 day before verified fan presale. Though, I don’t know if the other concerts will also have presale codes.

I bought my tickets when they were being on sale. It has been months and I still have them there, but my mom is begging me to get a refund. When corona is over and they postpone it again I will buy it, again. She wants me to do this because she thinks will loose the money for the tickets. And I’m not sure how to refund them. I’m bad with technology, and don’t want to press something that will make me lose the money without refund. Can someone help?

the code is only for the membership presale, and for europe it's your order number, but if you are buying tickets on the general sale you don't need any codes.
