When I upgraded to 16gb from 8gb, personally I have not noticed much difference between the games that I play such as fortnite, valorant or GTA V.
Not every CPU has integrated graphics, in fact most don't! IIRC starting with 6th gen, Intel started adding an F to the name of their desktop CPUs with no iGPU. For AMD's Ryzen desktop chips they'll have a G at the end if they have a iGPU.
The reason for igpu performance being worse isn’t fully because the cpu needs to do other things, it also is optimized for sequential computing instead of parallel computing.
If it comes w/o gpu then u either forgot to buy it or gpu is not required or its a prebuild so ure lucky u didnt waste money on something u can install urself

Yeah, like Focus said, your CPU is going to limit the power and potential of your GPU, because of it's low processing capacity and clock speed. A 3080 is a high end GPU, and it will bottleneck because of those limitations.
