Though Easton being sick at the candy store had to suck...Karver strategically moving in front of the camera while eating his ice cream had me crackin up! Great Episode 🤘
What’s so funny is I had no idea he did that until I was putting this episode together. Totally cracked us up. Kid loves sugar. Thanks for watching and supporting🤩
Happy to find a new sailing channel. Digging you guys. Love the rawness of the videos. Showing a bit of everything, instead of just the hood and happy. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to binging until caught up.
So Sorry for Ethan having to deal with ear infections. When i was his age many decades ago, i also suffered with the same problem. Finally outgrew it. I Loved to Swim, but every time i went swimming i would get water in my ear. I had to have surguries on my ear to releave the water. I had to wear ear plugs when i went swimming. I used peroxide, cotton. Till one year, i just out grew it, never had any problems since. I even got my Scubba Diving Lisence later on in life. Hope he out grows it soon.
@@SailingBananaPancakes Yea, I can't explain it. It was always an issue until one day the problem, whatever it was just went away. I had two surgeries (different times) to get the water out of my ear. I was around 9 or 10 yo. When I was in my 20's I did have a slight, mild problem clearing my ears at first while scuba Diving, going down 98 feet deep. But in time it got easier. I'm sure you've used peroxide. Just don't over do it.
Undergoing a baptism of fire, but on your way to becoming a marine technician I'd say. Work to do, but boredom not a problem at the Berrys. Lotsa good exploration, the family a joy to watch. Loved those Manatees!
Nice video! We have visited some of those same places in Great Harbor Cay. One thought on your fuel filter segment...is it possible that water got in the system during your rough passage? Loose fuel filler cap? Also, bacteria/algae can grow in diesel. That might be your gunk. Might want to treat your fuel with biocide. We do whenever we stop for long.
Yes thanks so much for the feedback. It ended up being diesel bug, we treated it with biocide and learned that we need to keep our tanks fuel whenever possible.

Boys: a few years back, i was trying to snorkel on the East (seaward) side of Great Guana Cay in water that was really too rough for snorkeling. Right in front of Nipper's, actually. When i got out of the water, there was a baby remora attached to my ribs.
@@SailingBananaPancakes i had a remora-hickey on me for several weeks after returning to Canada. The Remora was fine and swam away after a bit of struggling
@@georgiarasmussen8343 I agree!😜 Easton has had long hair his whole life. His brothers have not wanted long hair until we got on the boat. Easton’s hair was already long while his brothers had to grow theirs out. He is a wild child. Always has been🥰
How's your daughter liking (or not) boat life being 16 years old and not getting to do all the typical "16 year old" girl stuff like all her friends back home are?
Good news! Our next videos I used my nice camera more haha
Better quality vids coming up!

@@SailingBananaPancakes Loving it.
Really enjoying your vids Steve. Some amazing wildlife shots. 👍
Thanks so much man! We appreciate your feedback

Oh man that sounds just like our Easton! I’m so happy you finally grew out of it. It gives us hope because he loves the water so much💗

Never a dull moment for sure! Poor Steve with all the boat repairs but he learned so much!
Conch ceviche - yum: nothing better! You can also try it Cayman style with some ketchup mixed in. Blessings!
Oooo I’ve never heard of that! We will have to try it!
15:12 E, what in the heck? Why you gotta do that to us? 😂
For real tho!🤪
Those boys love to fish but those fuel girls are highly flammable!! ⛵⛵⛵🔥🔥🔥
Fishing is life for our boys! And good to know about the 🔥

Sounds like boats are a lot of work and money to keep running. LOL
10000% true!
Chubb Cay, 1963: i was 10 years old. My first taste of conch fritters
I love this! That’s rad you were there back in the 60’s. Has it changed much?

I thought for a second there that Momma was "watering the local vegetation". LOL
Close…Skims bahahaha
Have you guys had a lot of trouble with the Leopard?
Haha we did. Not Leopard in general, we love the brand but just our boat had a lot more problems than the average
16:24 My theory on spiders is: They have 2 legs for walking, and 6 for creeping me out.🤨
Ditto!! The worst!
I think all boys should have long, beautiful hair like Easten. Been curious as to why his brothers are shorn and he is not.

That’s fungus in the diesel. Yucky.
Yep. It was really bad!

She HATED it at first. Took her 6 months to learn to love it
