Hey! 1. If you wanna pay money in this game, the premium campaign is the best deal in terms of value. It's not necessary but it will surely speed things up 2. Meltagun is alright ,but subpar compared to other units of the same cost
Today I went 16-1 including some padding from bots. I feel incredibly stressed out as yesterday I suddenly lost 3 games and quit because I was down around 120 points. Losing 1 game feels awful because you are getting maybe 10-15 points a game sometimes by the skin of your teeth, these are not easy games by any stretch, the last game i had to emergency dispensation a long strike and I got lucky. Losses are about 40 points. When you get to higher ladder positions every game feels like a major risk, im currently about 180 points ahead of second place, I won my last game but I cant do it anymore, when I win I prefer to do it with confidence that im in control of these games and im just not. In those 17 games I beat the 1st place Player who subsequently dropped down to 14th, I beat the 9th and 12th player, I played against the 23rd player and went 1-1 against him. Honestly all of this feels like an accident as I grew a little bit of confidence grinding medals in unranked mode last season I was just consistently stomping people with Abbadon even top 50 players, I ended up finishing 24th and I regret not laddering enough because I could have gotten higher, I just decided to play with the goal of hitting the top 10 this season and somehow I found myself in first place. I dont expect it to last but I just find it kinda funny that I kind of feel out of place.
@@TheEcclesiarch I quit. the RNG in this game is BS plus they arent nerfing orks. See the problem with Orks as a faction is they have too many answers from hand plus RNG meaning that theres no real counter play to the faction. I mean what are you supposed to do when they get 1 Squig, an Ork Nob, and 2 Shoota boys from Rok Invasion and they wipe your stealthed board with RNG damage. . Every fucking time unstable triggers it hits me for 3 and my opponent for 0 as well. its utterly ridiculous how strong Orks are due to RNG factors. Remove squig from the game, remove Squigbuggy from the game and you would have a better game, give Orks something else. Make Rok invasion not have a potential for free flanking because its just RNG rolling, at least with Black Crusade it requires thought and planning on how to use it properly. Orks are just a Fischer Price faction for mental retards who want to pretend they are good at the game. At least with Tau as a faction it requires thought and planning despite some cards being over tuned its a faction that does not involve much RNG. Orks are an utter nightmare to deal with because the onus is on the defending player to try to deal with the RNG of unstable and squigs while the Orks players just flings them out there and doesnt care one way or another how they roll because Squig is always hitting everything for minimum of 2 damage. Squig should at least get the Hexmark nerf and make it hit 3-4 targets or it should hit the entire Ork board for the same damage. I predict that when Tau get Nerfed Orks will go back to dominating the Meta because the entire faction is the worst thing ever designed. I played Orks one season and quit because I didnt like it. The balance patch will do utterly nothing to take Space Marines or Necrons back, Chaos will be in the same place, Orks will dominate May when Tau are sent to the gutter and we will have to wait for June for the stupid devs to address Orks properly. I'd ask this question is that why do Orks have so much RNG as their mechanic like oh its random damage because its funny but then WIll of Gork is a free board clear? Why is Ork nob in the pool of cards for Rok Invasion, why is Squig in the pool of cards for Rok Invasion?

I also hate how shallow this game is and being in the top 10 is not recommended if you value your sanity. I just got Chaos 50 forge and I feel like they are unplayable if you want to consistently win. Also Shrigma is the bane of my existence and I fear him greatly. I'd type this somewhere else but I got banned from chat just for responding to some "controversial topics" and I mean its really stupid they will ban you for mentioning any ethnicity such as Chinese, Jewish, Ukranian, Russian or responding to anyone elses political topics. "Yes that is very Jewish" is something I wrote in chat as a response and I got muted for it for two weeks. Just a warning to anyone who looks at this channel do not even mention anything remotely political in the game chat. You can swear or insult people call them C*nts or sh*theads but they will ban you for mentioning things like Globalism even just responding to someone else's conversation is a trick. Theres some serious 1984 going on in the Warpforge chat system.
everybody is waiting for the patch atm and the season just started.....there is no need to say that u are rank 1, if the top players are just waiting. Also Tau has a 70% winrate atm, be proud of nothing reached, Krelious.
@@JickSaWw Ive been in the top 10ish area before Tau even existed in the game and beaten plenty of top players. My perspective is that being in the top 10 just requires people to grind every day. I'm of the opinion that Tau isnt even that OP when compared to Orks. I lost twice versus bad ork players in the same situation where they just drop a Rok Invasion and they get a bomb squig and 1 or two ork nobs while the Ork warlord has 1 armour he cant really be touched unless you can set up a board which is impossible with 1 or 2 will of gorks floating around. Orks are the biggest no skill race because they just play from hand and dont even have to commit to the board while they face roll RNG to win. Stuff Like Ork nob, bomb squig, Krump da Gitz and Rok invasion are just toxic cards when all put together. I mean at least Tau has to set up the board for 1 turn to do face damage and at the same time many of their minions cant really attack unless Storm of fire is being played. I think ive also played Every race minus maybe Necrons in top 50.
