Presented by IFSA Master Jen Stone, this BaZi and Feng Shui video highlights the energy of the Pig Month (November 2024).
Always a fun and education way of understanding the intricate workings of the Chinese Five Elements and how it works when it comes to understanding BaZi (people and time) and Classical Feng Shui (people and space).
November brings us to the 10th month of the Dragon Year and the start of the Winter Season (Water Element). Closing out the Dog Month has been pretty wild and intense; an important transition going into the final quarter.
This Pig Month (November 7 - December 7) is the beginning of the Winter Season. Just like the start of autumn’s first leaves changing colors, November’s energy symbolizes the first snowflakes falling from the sky. The animals are in hibernation. All of nature has fallen asleep. There is silence and stillness.
August was the preparation, September was about the act of letting go, so October is the decay and burial (or death). This dynamic movement is essential throughout the Four Seasons, which is why honoring and aligning our actions with the cycles of the Season is imperative to maintaining our energy to flow ease-fully and organically. This can be achieved only if we are (i) clear about what to let go, (ii) execute on that action, (iii) bury the old, and trust the process.

Please take care of the Feng Shui of your home or office in the Center. The 3,5 Flying Star combination will activate anger, frustration, and rage, which also aligns with the BaZi energy this season. Also pay attention to the SW 9,2 which can activate sickness of the stomach and heart.
