God did not promise us battle free life. The Bible says we have four battles to fight when we come into Christ. 1. The battle against the world. The Bible says “ Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world”(John 16:33). 2. The battle against the devil. The Bible says “Behold I have given you power ……(Luke10:19). 3. The battle against sin. The Bible says “ And ye shall deliver a son and shall call his name Jesus………(Mathew 1:21). 4. The battle against the flesh. For this particular battle, there is no promise.
