Hi, I just wanted to point out that there is a little error at 3.05, I say that the hydrogen and nitrogen don't condense because they have 'higher boiling points', but I meant to say that they have 'lower boiling points'. Sorry about that everyone! We'll try to redo the vid soon
I want to thank you for all your excellent videos on chemistry and physics. I have been teaching those subjects up to A-level for 53 years, using the Cambridge syllabus, and your presentations are spot on for the IGCSE courses. Appropriate amount of information, excellent scaffolding of ideas, great graphics and animations for visual learners, and good simple English for second-language learners. You are an excellent teacher. Thank you!
Change My Mind: Cognito is a lifesaver My Chemistry improved from a 28% to 83% and my Physics improved from a 33% to 63% (Physics is kinda out of place but imma just place it here) since I started using his videos to understand concepts so much. I love your vids, They Clear, easy and short enough for me to learn but still be able to digest it in small pieces. ~A Fellow Student taking their GCSE’s this year(2021), Singapore
U deserve so much more than just a 105k subs, I’ve shared about you to my friends and they have started to do better in their sciences and some even maths. Cognito, to me, is the saviour of my results, the reason why I actually have a chance now.
I worked at a nitrogen harvesting facility in East TN. I left due to some of the management that was in place at the time, but I miss this process so much. It is absolutely amazing. To start with atmospheric air and methane and make Anhydrous ammonia, nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. It is intoxicating, and most never leave this field because of it. Great generalization of the process. It is much much more extensive and detailed in practice. Beautiful process. Haber forming anhydrous ammonia drops out of thin air really did change the world. What we owe to the past generations can't be put into words or dollars.
It's great that you explained from diffrent perspectives why the process uses the specific temperature and pressure. This video summarizes everything really good!
Honestly one of the best video summary of the Haber process. My textbook is the type that is not as straight to the point as this video, thank you so much for the hard work
Thank you soooo much for these videos. The videos and your platform were beyond helpful while preparing for boarding school exams as an international student. Thanks to you I got into one of the best schools in Britain!!!! A huge thank you from Germany!
homeboy is the MANN. watched his videos to revise for my GCSE's last year, got 9 in chem and bio, one of the best out there, extremely underrated. keep it up man
This is the underrated video. A great video with amazing animations. Though I am from ICSE, it really did help me out. Thank you for the video. Loved it💖👍
Thank you Cognito, you have been a great help with Chemistry. I DONT KNOW how I would've made it if not for you there are no very good chemistry teacher's for IGCSE in the area, so I had to settle with the best of the low. But your videos came extremely handy. Thank You
Just binge watched the entire playlist in about 6 hours, Thank you so much, these were really helpful, i was struggling with chemistry before. now i wont fail in my upcoming exams, thank you again 🙏
Thank you so much for the effort you put into making these fantastic videos. Currently revising for my exams, and your videos have been of immense help. They're concise and easy to understand, yet highly informative and engaging at the same time which is a difficult combination to achieve. Not to mention the wonderful graphics! Overall really impressive! Thank you again, keep up the good work!
Extremely helpful video! You use exactly the same keywords as given in the Textbook and is to the point. Keep uploading such helpful videos so that we could ace our exams!!!! 👍
When you dive down the heavy metal rabbit hole, then down the history rabbit hole and somehow end up diving down the chemistry rabbit hole......thanks Sabaton....thanks a lot.
2:40 Ammonia has a relatively high boiling point compared to Nitrogengas and hydrogengas. If what you say is true that the N2 and H2 would condense before the NH3.
Hi Amadeus/Tom I don't know if you remember me, I got A* in all 8 subjects, and all 3 science's videos you made were the most helpful thing I had watched at that point. I really want your style of videos for A levels as well, please make A level videos... Would help a lot of people.

I just want to say thank you for these videos, they have helped me go from a grade 6 in chemistry to a grade 9 in under 6 months, you are so good at explaining everything and the drawings are so useful as i often need to visualize things to understand them
Thank you so much for this video sir I can't understand the harber's process in school and then I saw many videos about it but I didn't got it but after seeing your video the concept is like crystal clear to me and my brain
Hello cognito, I Taskeen. I was not able to understand the Haber process I got your video and after watching this I'm fully satisfied. The way you were making the flow chats was amazing. I appreciate the way you teach. Thanks 🤝🏻

I love this channel and you explain everything so clearly and you deserve more subs but me being selfish I don’t really want it to increase too much as I want to keep this channel all to myself🤣😁
It depends what your context for "bad" is. For example it is bad for humans if you drink it cause you'll die. But it's good for humans to burn it and use it to produce electricity or other stuff. So in what context are you asking that question lol

Hey Admin, hope you're doing well, can you suggest any YT channel for o levels and IGCSE computer science... Plz do reply
in IGCSE 0620 chemistry, is contact and haber process included?
I believe so, my teacher told us if they included this topic in 2023 papers then most likely to be in it.

hey can u do a vid on NPK fertilisers?
What is the meaning of yield In Haber process
Can you pls make a video about the manufacture of sulfuric acid through contact process.
hii, what font did you use in this video??
How much of the GCSE content is in this playlist?
Pretty much everything for AQA (except some of the practicals), and 90% or so of the stuff for the other exams boards :)
@cognito What kind of font you used for the vid?
The font is Tom's own handwriting, he's very talented 🙌
What about the other use of this process I’m specifically talking about this time period, 1914-1918

can i use this chemistry playlist for revising CIE chemistry? is it the same as edexcel?
