Heartburn remedy. Deep breathing in through your nose. Release breathing out through your mouth. As you release breathing through your mouth, raise your diaphragm and slowly/gently hold your stomach in to release trapped air/exhale.

30 weeks is SO exciting!! I had heartburn at the very end of my pregnancy and it was the WORST! I can only imagine what it’s like having it for an extended period of time. Sending you guys lots of positive vibes ✨

Grateful that Adanna was COVID-19 negative and you exercised precautions at the beginning of your illness. Kian is the most compassionate, empathetic and loving child. He really is a nurturer and exhibits this behavior to his family, friends and Coco!! 😂 😂

Goodness gracious I’m 31 wks. Tmrrw. But I been feeling nauseous dirreah all the time an xtremely exhausted 💤 al ready I can barely walk or lift up my body for anything..I wanna go yo sleep 🛌 all the time especially during the days..
Oh lovely congratulations to both of you ladies...I'm 20 weeks😬🥴 excited to reach this half way mark...but I'm really looking forward to getting to that point. Pregnancy with this baby no2 is kicking my bum. Oh take it easy and rest as much as you can.

Sorry you aren't feeling well but excited that you have made 30 weeks, you got this. Rest as much as you can. You have a very supportive spouse. Don't pressure yourself about how perfectly cleaned or neat the house is, get to it when you can. We love you guys and I am praying that you feel better soon, and have an easy, quick, uneventful delivery, and recovery. You look beautiful!

At the very end when he had something in his nose and you went to get it out. My girl does the same thing! I've never had any of my American girlfriends do that! I think it shows the comfort we have with one another.

I'm so glad you did not have Covid Adanna! It's bad enough coping with pregnancy symptoms without Covid on top of it. My husband and I are in our sixties and we both had Covid at the same time. We were in hospital at the same time, just a few doors away from each other. We recovered just fine, but it was no picnic!

My daughter is trying something different with my grandson Josiah, it's something she puts on his thumbnail when he is asleep 2 weeks in he is not a happy camper! I am officially 32 weeks today and the pregnancy when left a few weeks ago. Its you hit the 3rd trimester and everything gets hard. My back aches daily and sleeping sucks. I've also been feeling a bit sick this week.

Mine had a head full of hair, and my heartburn was ferocious 😑🤢
My heartburn was so bad everybody telling me that my baby have a lot of hair I was so excited about the hair, when she arrived she have no hair . she didn't get any hair until she is two .
