Testing out my Sony a7III in a seafrogs housing, while snorkelling in shallow waters. The underwater housing from seafrogs is a little cheaper compared to some of the other premium housing brands. Ive used it for a couple of months now and so far its doing its job pretty well.

@@PhillGraaf not really unfortunately, i had some troubles with a little water leakage so ended up switching to the aquatech housing. I talk about it a little in my aquatech housing review video actually

Can someone explain why most a7iii photos and videos are so dark/have a vignette effect? Only thing that’s putting me off buying one. Thanks :)
I was thinking to use a 16-35 GM, what lens are you using most with your A7III ?
currently the 10-18,mm f4.0 but would wanna switch to 16-35 one day!
Do you by chance know if the tamron 28-70mm will fit in there?

the full list of the compatible lenses are on their website and its pretty much only the sony lenses
Great video. Curious if you used any lights and what the additional mount you put on the Sea Frogs? Also curious why you didnt shoot any video on the Sony? just for convenience?
i didnt use any additional lights or mounts! The sony a7iii cant shoot 4k/60frames, only 1080/120 and its difficult to stabilize the camera underwater! I still shoot videos with it sometimes though, i switched from seafrogs housing to the aquatech housing!!

Hey! Im using the sony 10-18mm f4.0 and tend to use around 14mm for underwater
I was wondering if those photos, you screenshot them from the videos you took? Or you took the photos separately?
I took the photos seperately! the video is taken on gopro and the photos are with the sony camera
Did you use a red filter? if so which one do you recommend?

For this video i was using the kit lens that comes with it, 28mm-70mm!
does the housing has zoom ring for 24-70mm??
@@abhikrishnan1707 i think so but i use mine without a zoom ring and leave it on the widest at 28mm!
@@RyutaOg so how is auto focus in underwater working properly as required ?
@@abhikrishnan1707 yep works fine underwater! make sure u half press the shutter to get focus. also helps to have a highish shutter speed!
