Absolutley awesome👏 love the water effect , and the lights came out top notch. Great work on both your builds and can't thank you enough for entering my group build . I hope you enjoyed this build and look forward to more on your channel. Thanks again Edgar
Super work, mate...I remember those water reflections when I watched the series every Sunday afternoon after we had finished our Sunday roast dinner...loved those tv series back in the day when we were kids, like, this one, "Land of the Giants", "The Bionic Man", "UFO", "Lost In Space", "Space 1999" etc...memories...I'm getting old, so many years ago in the '60's!
I saw a video of a build of a WW1 U boat model . The guy building the model while painting it made one side weathered and the other side as is. Just like he did with the SEAVIEW .
Al, I love the reflections! I think it gives the Seaview a very cool look. The lights are a nice touch, too. I really need to give lighting a try. Looks awesome, buddy!
Al Al Al OMG how did you do that. It looks like it's really under water and I really like the idea. You should finish the other side to complete the look. I loved watching Voyage to the bottom of the sea and thanks for the trip down memory lane mate.
Beautiful Al... I like the water effects. Great job with the lighting, I'm waiting on some lighting for my 1 28 scale Sea View. It's a lot of wiring for that big ol' booger, lol
I used to love watching this series and the sub, as you say, was such a lovely design. Thanks so much for your comment, I really do appreciate it. With my change in my hobbies recently the interaction with people has dropped off so again, thank you.👍👍😉
No, it looks brilliant. Sometimes if we can just suggest what is being shown the eye knows what to expect and sees it, even if it is not photographically accurate.
Interesting look. I saw a guy in Japan do the wave motion effect using a special setup of led lights above the vessel. Just thought i'd mention it for your info.....
Great effect, mate. I imediately understood the look that you were going for. If you study the actual light effect more closely... I think you could really capture it.
