Haemopoiesis is the process of formation of blood cells that is RBC WBC and platelets.
Hemoglobin is a pigment present in RBC which is responsible for the appearance of red colour . Main function of hemoglobin is to carry the oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body and then transport carbon dioxide back to the lungs.

Hemopoiesis : Process of Formation of Blood cells (RBCs, WBCs, Platelets)
Hemoglobin : It is the main pigment in Erythrocytes (RBCs) which gives red colour to the blood. It's main function is to serve as a carrier for Oxygen. It is synthesized in during Erythropoiesis in the Red bone marrow within the immature Erythrocytes. It is made up of 4% Heme (Fe2+ & Porphyrin) and 96% Globulin Protein.
