This was the final of Klokov's troublesome championships. It makes me smile to see how far he went in the Olympics after this and the 2006 performance. The Russian cup, or whatever championship they do to get selected for this performance, is up on youtube as well (typing ''Klokov'' 2007 should be enough), and all his lifts look better there. It must wear down on you psychologically to have a nagging shoulder than can pop up out of nowhere, yet his best performances were after this (the best when he was closer to thirty, Paris 2011) .
