Hello. You do not need a "to". Also, don't say "studying". ALL I DO is study French.... ("Study French" is a noun here. It's an act you do.) After "All I do..." you say a verb in base form. All I do is work all day. All I do all day is eat. All I do is study for tests.

They mean the same. “Good in “ can be used if there is a noun after it only.
Good at is usually the most used , however
