The switch to the heel hook is a nice addition! Would be interested to see if you could develop an IBJJF > Brown belt way of working with this, but I feel the reap at the start would be an instant no go!
If you go for the kneebar, you control the hips, as they try to escape the heelhook is there "on the way out" as they are escaping. If you go for the heelhook first you may not be controlling the hips and you'd have to go and chase that control before attempting the kneebar
Sharing with my students, friends and neighbors.
This is fantastic. Thank you!
Thank you junny !!🔥🔥🙏🏾

Yes, about his passing techniques and concepts
learn this exact movement from erik paulson 20yrs ago
IDK if I should like some of the techniques I don't want everyone to know... Very nice attack Junny.
Beautiful
awesome
Could the torque twist on the lower leg also just get them to rotate for a simple back take?
Slick. And for sure the one idiot who gave a thumbs down got tapped with it. Best jits stuff on the net, HUGE honor for ME to Watch!
Could you go from kneebar, to mikeylock, to heel hook? instead of just having 2 options between kneebar or heelhook
I deal with a Purple Belt that ALWAYS plays with the knee shield...this next open mat, his leg is MINE!!! MWWUAAHHAHHAAA HAHHAHAA!!!!
Sick

Reaping is legal IBJJF No Gi Adult Brown/Black
@@sammyjiujitsu apologies I ment < brown belt! 😅
Which part is the reap? I thought that is when your leg goes across the other guys knee line??
@@michaelcorcoran3942 when he comes across the knee from the outside, any collapsing of the knee from the outside can be seen as reaping
@@grapplingdev In that case, basically the entire sequence is illegal 😂
Oss Junny
It's at 1:30
🔥
That move can end a career
Why is he saying always go kneebar to heelhook not the other way around?
If you go for the kneebar, you control the hips, as they try to escape the heelhook is there "on the way out" as they are escaping.
If you go for the heelhook first you may not be controlling the hips and you'd have to go and chase that control before attempting the kneebar
Very good! Oss
Make reaping legal 🗳☑
I don't recognize that rule lol
It is already. IBJJF allowed heelhooks in no gi for brown/black belts last year.
Naga white belt power baby
Most no gi comps allow it even for beginners. And grappling industries also allows it at blue.
Super cool, probably would get you kicked out of class if you don't know what you're doing though lmao
If you do it on white belts...
That looks dirty as hell
Who’s the 1 Dislike?!?
