Thank you for taking the time to create this tutorial. This particular feature is what I was looking for and, with a little customization, will work wonderfully!
If you were looking for any constructive criticism, I would ask that you slow the pace down a bit as I had to adjust the playback speed to .75 and that was still a little fast at times. Lol! Otherwise, awesome job!

Hey! Freakin sweet channel ima check it out.. Idk if your still taking requests maybe. But i been looking for a tutorial series that explaina workflow for simple to complex bosses animation etc. I cant seem to find much on it.
I had used a mixamo animation & chose to retarget. Had issues to fix. I then re-adjusted the anim thru blender, and repeated the process with fluid motion. I matched up the frames, and adjusted everything accordingly. However, My issue now is that for some reason. my mouse rotation is causing the hands to slip? To put it simply, he's rotating [INPLACE].. Pls. If there is anything you can suggest! I'm all ears. @Beardgames
Is there a way to have it swap to another camera on your own character? For instance if you want another view of yourself when you do something instead of another object/ai. I tried replicating your camera steps with a camera on my character but nothing happens.
Hey! So yeah I've been playing around with cameras im on my AI for my new marketplace release and I found out... that you need to pull off the camera and deactivate, then activate your new one. Give it a try :)
Damn i got lucky when i found you when you posted to reddit you have already made so many useful tutorials. I havent watched every video but where were you?
Thank you so much my friend! I was in Austria visiting my dad. He retired there, he's pretty happy about it as he feels like UK is falling apart with the whole brexit thing😂 but it's hard to juggle videos, looking after parents, IRL things and regular TH-cam uploads but im trying haha. Thank you again!
Hello Beardgames, I was looking for something to do in Unreal engine similar to what you show in the video I have tried in several ways, but for some reason if I include a keyboard key, it does not matter if it is E, X, B, O ... the blueprint class, it does not detect the letter, I have put the blueprint in debug mode and when I am in front of the chest and press the letter that I have put to open the box, I see that it does not react, it does not send a signal to the next node. You have to add something special so that it detects the key in the blueprint ?. It only works for me if I create it at the blueprint level, but I'm not interested in having it at a blueprint level. Best Regards and good tutorial.
Hey Arkabo thanks for watching my content! So if you're trying to use a keypress in any blueprint which isnt the player character or player controller you might have to enable input! So bring in a get player controller and enable input :) let me know how you get on and I'll see if i can help you further!
@@Beardgames Hi Beardgames, Thanks for the quick reply I tried to include an enable input just after the begin overlap, associating the player character with it and I have also tried associating not only the player character, but also with the player controller, to do several tests and nothing, the keys do not work. In debug mode I do not see that it sends the signal to the next node when pressing the key, also the next node to the event of "E or R keyboard for example", is a Print Spring, so if it works, it will show me the text, but it does not work
@@ArkanoGamingYT hmm I'm not too sure akano. Try use the E key in your character connected to a print string see if it works there. Let me know what happens :)
@@Beardgames Hi, i solved the problem, I was using a Gate between a widget and the rest of the event, finally I put the Enable input between "add to player screen" and the Gate node "and it works, it already recognizes the key ..: D Thanks for the help.
