bro, this type of training is for a kind of people who can do a high level airchair and windmill, if you get no experience start with split, not with a hard transition, you only hurt your shoulder, lucky, if you think about that, maybe you can broken your neck next time.

Crazy that bboy the end was top teir. Then he came outta know where like an RKO 😆 with his powermoves which was beyond his time. But the skill and timing of his chair tracks and airflare skills with 90 chairs and airchairs was remarkable.

Always wondered how he learned that move. 🔥.....I think hes the first to learn that move. The end before him was the top power head. Then kill and pocket blowed up but bboy blond blue and various other power heads before kill are all 🔥. But kill took it to another level with the airchair tracks with 90s.
The first who did this move was Guyver from Vault38 but Kill put it on another level for sure
